Service is awful here. Realized I was the only one on the floor and couldn’t find help. Left without talking to anyone because there was no one to ask questions too.

My daughter and I had a fantastic experience here. Amanda who was our customer service person was awesome! My daughter was getting her first heels for prom, and needed assistance due to wide feet, not sure what she wanted etc. Amanda was super friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Big plus for patience. Thank you so much.

Found a pair of shoes my son loved, but only one shoe was lost somewhere in the store. The employees searched high and low all night long and finally found it! They followed up with me to let me know right away and it made my son's night!

Very disappointed in customer service. Found shoes I wanted to purchase......waited in line with one person in front of me. Two employees waited on one person. Waited for assistance with no acknowledgement for 10 minutes. I put shoes down & left the store.

Reasonable prices for better quality shoes. Never have my size or my husband's size but always find our kids sizes. Staff is very polite. However, website hours don't match the actual stores hours. Multiple times we have gone based on the websites hours and they were closed.
