Best priced between two other dealers .Happy with my trade in price too Sales rep. went all out to find me the vehicle I wanted . She was really engaged and worked hard to find what I wanted at the price I wanted. I would buy from them again .Plus they delivered my car to me since I lived and hour and a half away. Everything we did was through texting and on live chat to sign paperwork after the car arrived. Guy delivering the car was a true gem too. Very polite and very helpful. Finance girl had all the paper work ready to go and explained everything thoroughly .

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL after the team confirmed that they couldn't sell me a used car...had to be new. Then after hours and hours of waiting the financial manager called me back to her office. She didn't give me a rate to pick from and instead said this is your payment. I had bought a 2023 Elantra type N last year that was totaled by another vehicle. I was not liable. My payments now are even more than the top of the line sports car that I had purchased new, last year. The business wouldn't even sell me a car unless I had a co-signer. I'm baffled by how used I feel at this point from Sunbury Motors. They never "worked" with me.

So I took my car to Hyundai and Sunbury my car was taking there looking like this and give them back to me looking like this Plus the front bumper is cracked have to add pictures of the front bumper

While Amber was a good sales person, once I bought the car I was no longer valued. The car did not have a second key. I was not made aware that their service department had to configure the key and that they are only open on weekdays. To pick up a key, I have to take a whole day off from work. Not convenient! Then, when I tried to schedule around another appointment and take time off, they were not accommodating, claiming that they were trying to work with me. Don't do business here!

Getting in for service is the worst experience. They won't allow you to schedule an appointment online and when you call them you only get voice-mail. They never call back once you leave your information. I was forced to schedule my service with another dealership almost an hour away. This place doesn't care about the customers.

Worst service department ever! Staff is unfriendly and actually down right rude at times ! and expect the very least of accommodations if your without a vehicles! Bought two cars and will never return .

My 2021 Elantra was in for service due to a serious chip malfunction rendering the vehicle inoperable. The car ended up sitting over the dealership for a few weeks because they couldn't get the part, due to the global chip shortage. Sunbury Motors provided me with a rental for the entire duration, so I was not without a vehicle. Great Customer service team, both in sales and service!!
