The staff were amazing and also really were very courteous. They are amazing in helping my stepdad and have a represenative who helped lead me in the right direction with my stepdad being a veteran.

There’s two things I’d like to address: First, whomever answers your phones is rude and unprofessional. I’ve never had someone outright hang up on me without even saying “have a nice day”. People are generally calling for help & it’s bad enough having to reach out for help, a little tact would be appreciated. Secondly, the last few times I’ve received food from the Salvation Army in Sunbury, we received leftover pizza in ziploc bags, no information as to what was on it, how old it was or where it was from. We threw it out because there’s too many variables concerning it’s safety. I can’t see how that can be legally handed out.
