Ordered sprockets and chains in October, spoke to them several times trying to get my parts I spent 300 on. Went they holidays and called several times to find out the number is disconnected. My CC company will not do dispute since it’s over 60 days, I’m pissed and will never order from them again! Also being in the road racing scene, I will tell everyone that will listen! You want the review removed send me my parts and partial refund!

I wanted to order a $400 snowmobile ramp and I tried to call them for expedited shipping, but the phone number didn't work. Moved onto the next vendor.

Great online distributor, will sell at the shop if you stop by. Good for pretty much anything on and off-road, motorcycles,4 wheelers, utvs, side by side, snowmobiles, bicycles. And more.

Lousy communication and to boot, their phone number listed is not in service. Even if I ever get the item I ordered, the fact I can't get in touch with them leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I can't imagine getting help out of them for an item on warranty. At this point I'm sorry I've dealt with them.

Bought steel lines, showed up with incorrect fittings/lengths. Spoke to Jim, provided correct lengths and pictures of stock lines to have correct lines sent. Radio silence, sent back lines, waited almost three weeks, no response from text/email and number was out of service. Called the fax number and got through to request refund. Was told I would be refunded that day and it's been over a week with nothing. Having to dispute the transaction through the bank to get anywhere.

Ordered brake lines on a stock Bandit, had wrong banjos and some lengths incorrect. Gave them corrected measurements and was told they would send new lines first thing. Sent messages a week, then two weeks later, no reply. Sent them the lines back, no reply. Called after three weeks, phone was disconnected and Jim's cell was unavailable. Sent e-mails to HEL USA and Moto-Heaven requesting refund, no reply. Called the fax number and was told by Colt that they would issue a refund that day and 5 days later, still nothing. Now I get to dispute a transaction with my bank.
