My neighbor came to my door with my mail. He said it was put in his mailbox. How ridiculous and unprofessional mail carriers are putting my mail in the wrong box. I will be reporting to the postmaster.

Eric has been our mailman for quite sometime. He is very thorough and polite. He will deliver large packages to your front door.
As to the people working at the PO building on Ann Street, Kevin has been very good for many years. Yes,there have been new people at the Ann Street office,but any problems should be addressed to management and those who train the new people.

The people working in this station are always excellent. Sometimes things take time, but they are very good at maintaining calm and being friendly.The location is always clean and bright. They open on time and I've never seen random closures like I've seen at other stations.I'm pretty happy overall with what they are doing.

Car is parked same place it’s always parked and they said they attempted to deliver a package keep in mind this is a bathing suit from Amazon that’s it and said they couldn’t get to the mailbox even though there’s nothing in the way and I have no dog. What jokes seriously. I was counting on this package for a trip I have today and you can’t even talk to anyone on the phone all you get is a stupid automated voice

The Carrier is too lazy to walk to leave packages on front porch saids mail box is full big packages do not fit in mail box .

More often than not our packages do not get delivered. With excuses of box full when it's completely empty or dogs are out when not out all day or unsupervised

I moved to the area in 2019 and there have been issues with this post office from day one. A Lot of the other issues listed in other reviews we have had. My biggest problem is the mail going to the wrong house. I can not tell you how many times our mail has gone to the wrong house or we have gotten other people's mail. Like it happens ALL THE TIME. I could understand every once in a while but it's completely ridiculous how often it happens. The name, house number and street won't even be close to mine. There was a day not long ago where I got mail for 3 different people in one day and none of them even lived on the same street!Just recently things have not been delivered and they NEVER even attempted to deliver anything, I have checked the camera just to make sure. They just drove by, without stopping AT ALL and marked it as no access to location……my mailbox is right on the side of the road! And I thought the FedEx Northampton hub was bad, do ya'll get trained at the same place?

The people who work here cannot deliver packages to save their lives! I try to never use them because of it. I'm in a gated community so we have to get our mail from our mailbox area. The usps people literally mess up my orders every time. First it was a mix up of address so I got the wrong package or they give you thr wrong key for your package and you literally have to wait around to see them the next day so you can let them know and then they'll have to open every box just to figure it out. It's absolutely absurd and I'm completely fed up with the workers who can never seem to get anything right. So many ppl from just my community suffers with mail because of them and how unorganized they are.

I am sick and tired of constantly needing to call this place because our lazy carriers won’t get out of their vehicle to drop off packages. We have one that overstuffs the box with small packages and crushes their contents. The other carrier is simply horrible. He chooses not to even deliver packages. Then you call this absolute joke of a post office and get denied the name of the postmaster. Last time I called in I spoke to somebody named Delmore. That was a complete waste of time and he refused to even call the carrier on their route. Not sure why he took my name and number when he clearly had no plans to call back. I can’t wait until the USPS is officially abolished. They are a nonstop wound to this nation. The days of pride in mail delivery are loooooooooonnnnngggggggg gone. Let’s privatize it! I’d rather pay private and reliable companies like DHL, UPS, and FedEx where they have a standard. I guess they will hire you at the USPS if you have a hole and a heartbeat. Shame on this facility for adding to the negative image Americans have on their postal service. Advice: call the USPS Office of Inspector General for actual help.

This is the second time that USPS has not completed their job on delivery Amazon package. I pray to avoid USPS when ordering on Amazon but I don’t have the option to. This place need to go out of business, they are very unprofessional in doing their job and can’t even do the simplest thing that required for the job.

They have really done well in recent years. The desk people are great. They really try to help you. Nice to have a PO Box so packages are protected.
