Well, my husband already left a scathing review (as they deserve)Even though they told us to use the back, given my severe mobility issues, and in the morning when I got there they let me in through it, after the class a very, very, very rude and out of place lady kept yelling "we can't " and saying it was "for insurance purposes". She kept following me (as if I were going to steal). I PLEADED with her that I have an injury in the labrum in my hip, and she kept yelling at me saying "it's impossible ".THEY had explicitly toldme to park in the back, otherwise I would have in the front. I asked her, if it's because of "insurance", can't you walk with me? So you can literally see me not take anything and merely get out the door???" And she said no, no. You just cannot use that door.Only when I was already dragging the machine out the front, tears STREAMING down my face and barely able to walk, a guy attempted to pretend to *maybe* offer help.I don't even carry laundry-hamper weight at home because of this issue, but thanks to them I had to drag walk around the block, with the machine, and load it to my car. After they EXPLICITLY said I could use the backdoor (hence why I went on my own)I bought 2 brand new BabyLock machines from them in less than 2 years.This was BEYOND apalling. I guess being a recent Latina immigrant, with a thick accent, no matter how much money you spend, you can always be a thief. SMDH.And that's not to mention the "teacher" and the other one student talking about god throughout the class. How do you know what religion (if any) I profess?? Of course, neither did it because of any Christian-like feelings, but merely as a dogwhistle. And I don't have to explain that further because...yeah.Forgot another important piece of this trash experience:Even though I originally went to get a Vibrant serger, they upsold me to a Celebrate, telling me how wonderful it was.Cue to this trash lesson, and this "teacher" could not show me how to do a rolled hem or a flat lock in it!!! To the other student (an also extremely prejudiced elderly lady) she showed eeeeeverything in detail because "her machine didn't have tension "; but whenever I would ask, she would sigh and make an excuse. When she eventually tried, after me pleading, she could not make either work!!!She spent the lesson basically trashing the Celebrate.How is BabyLock ok with *any* of this? Since they are official dealers, they officially represent the brand.We will keep complaning to BL and elsewhere.

The absolute BEST selection of sewing machines, accessories and quilting fabric in the Poconos. I trust them to help me problem solve when my machine acts up and they always come through. The sales team are genuine and kind, management has always been extremely supportive and the repair team provides excellent service for my machines. Highly recommend them for ANY sewing needs. They’re awesome. Just go in there and you will see how awesome it is.

Take a class. Walked in with zero sewing skills and a second-hand sewing machine I could barely thread, and seven hours later, walked out with the confidence to practice using my machine AND a sweet tote bag. Highly recommend the beginner's sewing class with Penny! She was a saint of an instructor.

Brought my machine in to be serviced and they were quick and efficient with it. They were upfront about the prices and the wait times and I'm extremely happy with how smoothly my machine runs now. I asked a lot of questions about the various sewing machines that they sell and was impressed with the staff's knowledge as well as the selection. And of course, they sell fabrics, patterns and findings. Overall an excellent experience. I will definitely be back.

Great store and great people. I wish we lived closer to be able to shop and attend the classes that are offered. Paul and staff are extremely knowledgeable. They have some of the best pricing/deals. On top of that, they are located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shops. We purchased a HandiQuiilter Amara that has been an great machine. The Pro Stitcher is an amazing accessory that does the work for you once it’s set up … real back saver.We are very happy with our purchase, highly recommended.

I've had a machine serviced there, bought lots of fabric from them, and recently acquired a longarm machine. Fred has been amazing throughout the purchase of the longarm, and I can't thank him enough for all of the help he's given me from the decision to buy to the delivery of the machine!
