Rene, the phlebotomist who drew my blood was pleasant and on time for my appointment. However, she looked away and leaned over to reach something while the syringe was in my vein, causing it to move. I exclaimed, “don’t move, it hurts,” but she just kept talking, never acknowledging me or her sloppy technique. The site of the puncture turned purple and swelled, lasting 2 days. I will go elsewhere next time.

Labcorp's policy is that they do not conduct tests on any samples until all samples are received, despite having billed for them. For example, if your doctor orders blood and stool tests, the blood will be drawn and sent to a lab, but will not be analyzed or processed until the stool sample has been submitted. Even then, the timeline for analysis is excessively long in comparison to other labs affiliated with hospitals or health systems (upwards of 72 hours, not counting weekends which will extend it) Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle and avoid Labcorp.

Medical staff here are very helpful and friendly. They find time to answer your questions and explain. They do get busy so getting an appointment is most recommended.

Had some blood work to complete for one of the local hospitals but, would have been charged if I used their lab. I was directed to use this location, which I never knew was hear, and it was quick, easy and convenient! Labcorp staff are amazing will continue to use for all lab services!

Best experience at any Labcorp I have ever been too.Amy & Katrina work so well together, are so kind and helpful.The office is extremely clean, sterile and neatly organized.I highly recommend going -I will definitely be coming here next time for bloodwork.Thank you Ladies!!-Charlotte
