I went to one gamestop to see if they had a game I was looking for my switch and the guy at the store send they didn't have it so I asks him any other stores had it he said yes they have 3 and he said it like 20 minutes away I was so happy and excited and when I got their I asks the guy he said they don't have any I was sooooooo made but that guy was nice and apologize for the jurk who sent me on a wild Goose chase

I love GameStop GameStop has a variety of amount of choices to choose from PlayStation 5 to PlayStation 4 and Xbox and so on it's a good place for adults it's a good place to come for your child or anybody to come and pick a selection of games I love everything about GameStop

It says it closes at 7, it's 630 the door is gated. I guess whoever the lady with the red hair is talking to on the phone is more important then running the store. What a joke.

The man that actually works there was very helpful and generous with getting everything I needed. But there is always this guy hanging around sitting in a gaming chair . he is always going on about racial and political obscurities that make a lot of people end up walking out and leaving including myself. I am not sure if he works there but I saw a few people in line walk out a head of me when he started on these long rants.

it’s a shame that God Himself smote this location after the Funko Pop Tower incident. When a friend of mine visited this location, he was able to get Octopath Traveler 2 for $40 when it was still new, their customer service must’ve been really great

I called before I went to the store to see if they would take trade-ins. When I got to the store they then told me that they needed power cords and they needed to test it, which was fine. After waiting for about 25 minutes and them still not be able to test it. They said they couldn’t do anything to help me and they weren’t taking trade-ins. So I wasted my time for no reason and for no one to help me.

Just bought a “new” Xbox controller and when I got home I noticed scotch tape holding the box shut. I opened it up hoping that maybe someone just opened the box, but that wasn’t the case. Controller has obviously been handled and is missing the batteries that come with it.

Went in and grabbed a scuff controller off the shelf. I got the warranty through gamestop which covers stick drift - which I get every 3 months or so. So the warranty will pay for itself!
