I purchased a pre-owned car from this dealership over the phone sight unseen, and had the car shipped to me. The team was great to work with, and i had the immediate feeling that I was dealing with honest and sincere people, from the salesperson David to the sales manager Johnny to the business manager Steve. As you would imagine, buying a vehicle without first seeing and driving it can be more than a bit unnerving, but the team mage it as easy and smooth as possible. In the end, when the car came off the delivery trailer, it was everything I expected and more. We couldn't be happier with the car and the way we were treated by the team at Ertle.

Brennan was awesome to work with, got the deal done on the 2024 WRX. Sales team entirely was awesome to work with. Only down side is there is still glue marks left on it from the shipping papers on the outside… so the final detail could have been a bit better.

Sean is a great rep to work with. He took great care for my buying online experience and delivered my car himself. He went above and beyond. I previously purchased two Subaru’s at Subaru World of Newton who I fully intended to purchase my third with, but they refused to come even remotely close to honoring a tradein offer they sent me for my vehicle. So I Came to Ertle to see how they compared not really expecting much difference in price. not only did they honor an online tradin estimate we received that had overestimated my vehicles value, I was able to purchase the exact car I wanted at the trade in offer the previous dealer refused to honor without Ertle even knowing this offer existed. I arrived too late in the day to be able to get through the finance office before they closed so they offered to deliver the car to me later in the week. No haggling, no stress, no games. I couldn’t believe how smooth it was compared to my old dealer. I’ll absolutely purchase any future Subarus here.

ERTLE WAS 2200$ higher than the lowest bid dealership

The service workers are 100% scammers. A simple patch turned into an almost $1000 job to replace every single tire. Car is new too so there was no need for this. Horrible place, will never go again.
