I will be honest at first I was apprehensive. But after hiring heirloom billiards that went away, I was treated with respect and was taught a lot of things about a pool table. They were prompt. They were professional, very knowledgeable in the pool tables they sell. They were on time and I was playing on the pool table that day with no problems. I highly recommend this company.

Absolute pleasure dealing with Heirloom billiards. My 18 year old son wanted a pool table for family get togethers and when his friends come over. I did some research and we decided the route to go was a used 4’x 8’ 3 piece slate table . We contacted four places and Matt from Heirloom was in my opinion the most honest, reasonable and straight forward from the beginning. He spent a few hours educating us which in the end allowed us to make a very informed decision . I was amazed on the day of delivery and installation when everything was completed what I actually had received for the money spent. It was a pleasure doing business with Heirloom billiards and I will not hesitate to purchase items I need from him in the future . Highly recommend you give them a chance .

Matthew came out to our home and installed a pool table for us. It was a very good experience from start to finish. He delivered it exactly as he said he would and I'm very happy with my new billiard table. I will use his services again!

We got a great deal on a used pool table. The owner and workers were friendly and professional. The install went smoothly except we found the rails on the table we’re going bad. Matthew, the owner, didn’t hesitate to make it right. He ordered new rails and came out and reinstalled them as quick as possible at no cost to us. We are very pleased and would recommend others to give them a try.

The install went well last August and I was told to contact them in a few months if it settled to have them relevel if needed. He told me that the warranty/guarantee is good for a year and that I should wait, because if I did it would restart the warranty. In January I reached out about doing so, but I kept getting the runaround. I then reached out two weeks ago and finally got a date of 6/21 and they never showed. I then rescheduled and was told they would be out at 10am and they were late. Then was told it would $250 for a relevel, because of fictitious reasons.The table weighs over 800lbs and they said I moved it 6 inches. I have vinyl plank floors and there is not one scratch anywhere on my floor let alone by where the feet are. In essence I’m being told that I picked it straight up and moved it 6 inches and kept the everything else in place with no issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed. The warranty is useless.I did not touch this table but to play the game I grew up loving to play. I know how to properly care for a table and the lack of customer support from this company is sad.Stay away!

Good used product sold to me but used beeswax to attach slate in the wrong environment (flexing 1st floor above basement). I was accused me of walking on my table because he "thought" I had purchased a new pool table light that I had questioned him about. Threw my "warranty" out the window with his claims and wanted me to pay him to repair his install less than two weeks later. I chose to pay a more experienced man in the area that knew them well and told me more horror stories. The man that repaired my table immediately recognized that beeswax shouldn't have been used on my floor above basement and he should use bondo and I should strengthen the floor from the basement. We followed his advice and the table is perfect 4 months later with zero issues. I'll reccomend avoiding a company that will accuse you of lying because they do not want to honor a warranty.

Matthew and the team at Heirloom did a great job. They were easy to communicate with and came to move our pool table in just a few days. They disassembled, moved, and reassembled the pool table 10 miles away in just two hours. They were also super informative during the reassembly process. We highly recommend their services and will definitely return for anything we need for our pool table.
