“Have had all three of our vehicles here after we found Shaffers and every time the work has been done on or ahead of schedule and at or below the initial estimate. The last time I had work scheduled and then called to move it up a day. Signals got crossed and it was not ready when I stopped by after work to pick it up . . . their response was to pull it in and get it done before they closed and wait for me to come back to pay and pick it up. Any other place would have said sorry, come back tomorrow but Shaffers accommodated us and got it done which shows the true definition of customer focus in how they operate. I have recommended them to several coworkers who are now going to use them exclusively after receiving the same level of service as we have. The automotive repair business is challenging especially with the newer technology but Shaffers has the skills to get the work done and the attention to customers that will have them coming back.”

“Bear Chrysler is the best in PA! What can I say. After going to several dealers and needing a co-signer and being denied, we almost gave up. But, these guys showed up on my Facebook feed and seen that they had down payment assistance. (Which I couldn't get) but damn! Andrew and Trace are amazing. I don't know how they did it but they got us approved by a bank. I was like wow.!!! If you are looking for a new vehicle Bear Chrysler is the place.!! The most reliable used car I’ve ever purchased was from this car lot. To begin that sale I was looking at a different car, they took it in for inspection prior to my purchase and called me the next day to let me know they couldn’t sell me the car, after there inspection they realized it wasn’t safe. There honesty was what sold me on the car I ended up purchasing. Which was the best $3200 cash I ever spent on a used car! It ran great for the entire time I had the car. I had them service the car for the entire time I owned it. Haven’t had any car service anywhere else since I first went to this garage!

Manager and employees were great all the way around. Didn’t make me buy anything I didn’t need and did not price gauge me. I will def use them again in future even if I have to drive a bit.”

The workers are upfront, happy to check their stock for you. The men are very skilled at installing tires.
We've only had trouble with 1 tire and they cleaned my rim real good and it never leaked again. We even had them plug a tire for us, that lasted until the tire wore out.
Highly recommend used tires to help a tight budget. Tires starting at $40.ea.”

My daughter, who's a student at Bloomsburg University, was having an issue with her vehicle. Called another garage last week and they couldn't even LOOK at the car until the end of May. Kressler's worked us into their schedule this afternoon, found the problem and repaired it in less than 2 hours, all for under $120.
They did a great job, and I really appreciate their service.”
