Had a passport appointment Monday for my daughter at 9:30am. Leeandre and Jaylene were the MOST helpful ladies!!!! They were super quick and such a pleasant- if more ppl could be like them!!!!

Needed to complete a passport application with photo. Called the PO and they said they weren't busy so no need to schedule an appointment, just come on in. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, did everything needed to successfully get my passport within 12 weeks.

visited here many times since moving to penn statethe staff are helpfultoday i biked here and even found parking rackback when i was in nyc, usps charge you for everything such as tapehere they offer it for free and even help me tape labels on the envelope
