Just went here to get crickets and after asking for help, waiting 10 mins next to the person I'm waiting for, then going to the front desk for help and getting turned away back to the people who just didn't help me, stood there for 5 more mins while they talked to their friends and said they'd be right with me before I finally had no choice but to leave because I couldn't afford to spend 20 more mins waiting on the workers to talk to their friends. I NEVER would leave a bad review on anyone or anything ever but this was actually insane to me.

The managers don't know what they are talking about and don't do anything. The store is too hot all year round and it wreaks inside! The only groomer who knows what she's doing is Jocelyn. The vet office inside of Petco is awful. They are not dog friendly and never have any appointments. The hot, wreaking store is infested with mice. It's so disgusting in there. Needless to say, I will not be going back there ever again!
