“I've been with Citizen's bank for about 5 years now I'd say and I've never had any issues with them. Back in 2016 I was out of the area for a few months and didnt use my bank account and had a fee for about 30.00 for not using it and they refunded the money.. I'm also signed up so that I can't go over my amount so that it avoids over draft fees and somehow I did with a recent purchase and they refunded that money as well. They are extremely kind! Love this bank!”

“I have not banked at College Avenue in 6 years. I live outside of Philadelphia now. However, Julia provided the very BEST Customer Service I’ve had in 6 years. My ‘local’ branch was not helpful and not even curious to assist me in solving the problem. Julia could be a Customer Service training person for PNC! Within the same 10+ minutes I was on hold locally, she provided two options to resolve my situation. PNC CORPORATE…you have to ask yourself why Julia was able to do this but two days on the phone with my local branch could not! Sometimes, it is just the simple things that work the best. Even saying …..I don’t know, but I’ll find out and call you back.”
“We had moved about a year ago. 3 &1/2 miles. Changed our address. We have gotten other peoples mail & I have been diligent at returning each piece, as I would appreciate it being done for us. I had sent several messages online awaiting my new debit card. I was promptly assured it was "in the mail". This went on for over a month, maybe 6-7 weeks. Shame shame, I had to learn how to write a check again!! Well, I had the daughter to the doctor over at Mt Nittany & decided to drop in and inquire in person. The sweet little teller said if I could wait a few minutes, she could print me one! I promptly took a seat. I was hit half my lifetime ago with Rheumatoid arthritis , so havíng my joints replaced one or two at a time had been my lot in life & not working out in public any more, I was totally unaware how modern my CU had gotten. Well, handing me my new debit card was like letting a little kid loose in a candy store!!! I was so thrilled to go use it in your ATM just to check my balance before I left.THANK YOU ARIZE CREDIT UNION workers!!
