The kids had a good time playing by themselves. Unfortunately some of the staff are very unfriendly to the kids and parents.

They have great equipments for kids to enjoy. Staff tried to make our day really terrible. They didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and they tried to make us miserable as themselves. It was 25 minutes before closing and they told my boyfriend he cannot get on zip line without addressing any reason. Great park but terrible people. I hope management can address and give better trainings. I’ll definitely try other locations but I’m not going to waste my $100 again…

I usually don’t give out low star reviews (especially to major chains like urban air) but for this specific urban air..I had to.Here are a list of reasons I did not enjoy my time at urban air:#1 The staff. The staff barely acknowledged me entering or exiting, and when they instructed me; I couldn’t hear them. They were literally mumbling.#2 The zipline. The zipline is the one thing I really look forward to. And other urban air zip lines are super fun and exciting. Not this one. The harness was so uncomfortable, it felt like it was digging into my skin-yet loose at the top. And when I begin to “fly” Im leaning so forward I’m not even sitting in my harness anymore. It was just so uncomfortable, that any time I went on the zipline all I focused on was to not let go of the extremely slippery rope they give you. Then, the actual course of the zipline was unnecessarily curved. I literally did a full 360 on the zipline. And there’s so many stops that makes it even more confusing and tiring! Other urban airs have a small curve, but the rest keeps going straight so when you land, your not dizzy and disoriented. This one has many stops and curves so it’s way less enjoyable.#3 The arcade area. Credits are so expensive. And we wasted 20 credits trying to play one, and it didn’t even work. Do not waste your money on the arcade.#4 The jumping area. If you accidentally put your foot on someone’s occupied trampoline- it is officially the end of the world for the employees. They get so annoyed if there’s more than ones person on a trampoline, for no reason. I’ve been to so many sky zones and I’ve never heard that rule before.Over all I’d avoid this place and go to a different urban air.

We've been here twice, and each time, it was like having the place to yourself. It's normally not crowded even on the weekend unless someone reserves the space. My children were able to do the attractions multiple times and have just as much fun as they had the 1st time. The one thing I'll give them is that the balls in the obstacle course seem clean as well. Some of the teens here this time was a little nasty when the kids got back in the line to ride the zip line for the 3rd time, mumbling "oh my God how many times are they going to ride"? Apparently, they didn't know I was sitting there because when I stood up, one ran away, and the other looked as if she had seen a ghost. The boys that usually work the attractions don't say much of anything and have a pleasant demeanor. The only thing about this location is that they don't have the go carts. I can't speak on the games because we really don't get a chance to play them. I did wish you could buzz the light when the kids reach the top, but it wasn't like that. We also didn't get food and of course the cost of 1 water is like buying two.The ladies' bathroom was well kept, and there's lockers to hold your items. Plenty of parking space and majority of the massage chairs work. The manager might be a teen or young adult, but he seems to have their respect. We had to leave early because another party was coming who rented out the whole building. The only issue I had with that was that we were told we could stay until 4 but that's when the other party was due to come then they told us 3:45 then they announced we had to leave at 3:30. We were ok to pay full price for 2 hours but not for an hour and a half. Other than that well return maybe before the summer end or maybe in the winter.

Can you have the owner contact me directly. Last week I was told they would call me and that hasn't happened yet. It is in regard to money owed us for work we did.

I’ve been here with my children multiple times and usually have a good experience. I’m not sure what happened with the employees here, but everyone is visually annoyed to be working or “dealing” with the kids playing. I saw multiple occasions with kids getting yelled at or removed from trampolines without breaking any of the 1,000 rules they seemed to have implemented recently. I will not be coming back, nor will the generic corporate response that I expect to be written satisfy me or any of the other people that post negative reviews here. employees also stink like weed, great job.

Great place for kids, but they definitely need to improve their customers' service for better welcoming of minority ( blacks and Latinos) kids .The staff were more welcoming to the white ki, s and they tried restricting the black kids' moveme, t saying that they need to be very careful before others customers feel unease about the loud noise

Extremely dirty environment i’m not even sure how this is ok for kids to be allowed or safe to play here!!!!! Staff overly rude in every area of the place 0/10, if you hate your job just quit I didn’t apply you did:/ The management needs to stop being so cheap and hire good workers for more money, it would be more beneficial to their business. The place is over priced for how unsanitary it is. Do bettterrr!!!!!

95% of the reviews are negative and for very good reasoning. The teenagers who work at Urban Air are good kids, upper management is a disgrace. When taking my daughter I was told shes not allowed in if I don’t buy a parent pass, I said fine I’ll buy it but won’t be on any trampolines so I don’t need to buy the socks. The GM told me I can leave. Was then told that it’s a law in PA that a parent pass must be bought and socks must be bought. I had a membership for over 2 years and was never told that before so called their corporate office in Texas. They said that no there is not a law stating any of that. The assistant GM also told me no it’s not a law but the GM will lie to customers and then threaten to call the cops if you tell him its not true. Having to spend an extra $12 just to get in then the outrageous prices of terrible food, flat sodas and overpriced dollar store coffee is ridiculous. Not to mention the bathrooms that are never clean
