The lady Danielle in the pharmacy has a terrible attitude and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers when I used a good rx coupon as it would save me 7-10$ on my rx.. This after they canceled my rx bc it had been "too long" when I wasn't even supposed to pick it up right away. When I confronted her she then tried to gaslight me and gave me some sarcastic apology. Not the person you want dealing with customers who need their help and expertise with something as sensitive and important as medications. It's a shame because the young girl Annie was very polite and patient with me and didn't seem to have a problem that I was taking up an extra 2 minutes of her time. Do better Danielle, NOBODY deserves to be treated the way you treated me today!!

This store is genuinely awful. The workers treat customers, specifically students, like literal criminals?! When I was with my friends, they made us leave because “only 2 students allowed at a time.” Also, when my friends and I were looking in the makeup department, a worker followed and stared at us the entire time and kept making comments about stealing when we never even intended to. Take your business elsewhere

Pharmaceutical and staff here are real nice. I happened to catch them on a non-busy time. Pharmacist went out of her way to help me with my situation and partly because the place wasn't busy. This place has what you need and conveniently located in downtown Springfield.

We were removed from the store for no reason, I was looking at things to buy anything, removed for no reason. (Edit:) I just came back on 4/3/23 and the cashier just mocked me. The cashier is very rude, and constantly yells at customers. She constantly reminded me and gave me dirty looks as I shopped that only 2 teenagers were allowed in at a time. She said “you know that only two of you are allowed in here” when referring to me and a complete stranger. I would give this place negative stars.

The store is clean and well stocked. The Managers are wonderful always helpful. The morning staff is always very helpful when I can't find something and they make recommendations if needed

i came here and got kicked out for looking at products and some kids my age were goofing around and i got kicked out when i was looking around bad job jim??? wouldn’t come back!!!!! peace out jit bag!!!!✌️✌️✌️✌️

Came here on August 6th and had very pleasant experience and I was able to find all of the items that I needed, everything in the store was very well organized. I would definitely come back again.

Tried to buy stuff here but no one was around anywhere in site even when I stood up front for a few minutes and yelled out to the ceiling asking for help! If you’re not going to have an employee get self check out! I could have stolen anything and just walked out even! Crazy

The employees working the pharmacy ( I think her name was Aileen ) was not professional at all and had terrible customer service. I came in for a prescription and didn't have my correct insurance info so right off the bat I was given attitude. I went back to my car to figure it out and came back in and was ignored for about ten minutes. She then took my info down and said can I come back later for it. I asked when was later and her response was "well we have a lot of covid vaccines to give". Um ok? I am ten weeks pregnant with an infection and need my antibiotic now not later. 45 min later they tell me my insurance doesn't have a contract with them so I ended up just paying out of pocket since I had already waited so long. Not sure why I was given attitude or why they were so rude. Will not being going there anymore.
