Dropped my 2023 Jeep 4xe for a check engine light. Dropped of the night before for an appointment scheduled the following day. The service advisor Paul said the appointment was not for the actual service but for an appointment to talk to the advisor that it may be a few days before they can look at it. I asked about loaner or rentals. He said that’s not something we do. I asked well what if it’s for a significant period of time I need more car he said I could ask but I never heard of that. Fast forward to the next day (today) received a call promptly at 930 am telling us that the repair is not under warranty something was lodged in the radiator fan and cracked one blade and another is broken off and it’s about $1350 for the service. It didn’t make sense how fan blades broke off I called and left a message for the service manager and received no phone cal back. Around 230pm I drove to the dealership service advisor took me back into the garage to the mechanic who put the car on the lift and as I was asking the mechanic and telling him my theory of how the blades broke he said the blades aren’t broke. I repeated verbatim what I was told. He said I told him they were scratched and it is not covered under warranty. At this point I’m outraged! Paul (the service advisor) apologizes and says it was miscommunication I thought he said it broke off. The mechanic put the car back down turned it on and said the fan is working the air is working. We found a piece of a shell in the which is probably won’t signaled a code on the car since it was all burnt up. Said to bring it back if you have any issues. I said so I am good no repairs need to be done. He said correct the car is fine. Then I go to checkout and told I have to pay a $250 diagnostic fee. I was outraged the stress I endured because of your “miscommunication”. I requested the manager who said my service advisor is really upset I said well how do you think I feel getting a phone call at 930 in the morning that I have to pay $1300 for my car to be fixed when the fan doesn’t have to be replaced! I thought as a courtesy they would wave the fee due to “miscommunication” but the manager only backed his advisor up. Even when I said well since he has memory issues he needs to invest in a pen and paper since he gives wrong information to customers. That is the last time I deal with this dealership! Reedman Toll is horrible. Also while waiting for the car to be brought to me another customer was there telling me about her experience that her push start wasn’t working came in at 8 am asked to be brought home. Talked to the receptionist and then the other service advisor skinny blonde hair rocker looking guy starting screaming in her face said I never told you to go talk to her. We don’t give rides back. The customer service is horrible and the owner and managers should be ashamed and embarrassed by the staff they employee. The mechanic was the only professional kind person I came in contact with today.

If I could give 0 I would. Our brand new car only 3 months old was in for 21 days. They fixed it. Had it back for a day an a half. Engine light comes on. Power steering overheating (my son lost the power steering for a few seconds)
Put it back in on Monday. My son called just to see what they found out. Friday they call my husband to ask if he could fill out the survey about his service. He informed them he isn’t doing it because it’s still in there and no one has called. She said someone would call. Today Tuesday it’s been in there a week. No one has called my husband back. My son called today they said the service guy is on the phone he’ll call you back.
Im in customer service we would have no customers if I treated my customers this way. Communication is key.
The only good thing about the dealership is the salesman Tre.
So helpful.
I’m at a loss for what to do.

If you haven't purchased your car from this dealership don't bother going there. Their clients have priority over the outsiders who bring their vehicles in for service checks. $250 per diagnostic item check is insane when results are no different than the outside repair companies. While waiting for my truck I was driving a 2024 Ram 1500 rental car and I can definitely say that the quality of the Ram V8 trucks are on a decline. I did test drive the 2025 ram with the V6 turbo and I can say I was impressed with the smooth drive, more horsepower, and gas consumption.

I previously had a terrible interaction with this dealership.
However, my recent experience with Ariana was perfect. She was polite and accommodating and could not have been more helpful. I wish there were more Ariana's at this location. Kudos.

They had my 2023 Ram for literally 2 months. Failed to diagnose a "no start" issue, told me it was "all good", went and picked it up, as soon as I pulled back into my driveway it died. After 2 months of poor communication, I decided to take the vehicle to David Dodge right in Glen Mills, they had the problem (a bad battery) diagnosed and fixed within 8 days (and thata with a 4 day waiting period to see if the problem would return). David also called me 6 times over 8 days to update me, I had to actuslly reach out to Reedman toll with often no response.

I went to Reedman Toll Chrysler Jeep today in a 21 grand Cherokee and the salesman Justin Williams was so personable and so real. I left out of there with a 2024 Jeep grand Cherokee. I love Reeman Tolls sales TEAM. ?

I hate this place. The only place where you sit 4 hours for an oil change. I went today because I realized my stickers have expired and needed to get an inspection asap. Got there before they opened at 7:30am and at 9:30am my vehicle still had not been serviced. I asked for my vehicle and left! NEVER the ever AGAIN!!!

Jeep dealer Tom B. is 100% the best! So grateful! So happy with my experience!!!
*Edit: Very helpful continued service when 17 days after purchasing a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler the transmission was shot.
David from service was very helpful when we went back to the dealer— showing us how we could call and get a tow (Dealers they are, they don’t have a tow onsite).
Assuring us this never happens to new cars, they were very familiar with the process of calling the engineers at Jeep to come assess the situation. 10 days later, I’ll have my same jeep with a new transmission.
Here’s hoping this transmission lasts for more than 381 miles!
Thanks for your help guys!
