ATTENTION CUSTOMERS and ATTENTION TRUCKERS!! Please customers, go to the right side to the back of the building and you shall see the awful smells / Trash coming out of BJ's. Please Truck driver, think twice before you deliver to this facility as there loading/unloading dock are not on a flat ground and the inexperienced forklift operator will damage the floor of your trailer and the store manager won't even be professional about it! They damaged the center floor of my trailer because of the reckless forklift operator! I called management and left three messages and they don't even response! I end up spending $300 on fixing the damage and Lost a day of work! Not to forget to mention the awful trash smell and stinky used oil that they have in the back right next to the loading / unloading docks! You won't be able to breathe! Stay away drivers! Very bad place to do business for!!

Completely useless employees. First time I had an issue we were told to come in and go directly to customer service. Upon arriving a new employee was there and refused my wife service because she was ignorant. When told we had spoken to the manager directly and that I had proof, she asked my wife to leave. So we went, shopped, had to leave not getting anything, then when we returned after speaking to management was denied service. Then this time their app goes down mid couponing in store, I'm told they're sorry but I'm burnt for today. So I give up on all my coupons only to be ignored in the self checkout line for over 10 minutes, because without the app I can't check out, and the attendant helped 5 sepererate customers before me, then 2 of them again. Then only came to help because I'd gone back to customer service and tried to just get the diapers I needed. Then he was pissy for having been told to do his job so I just walked out. Already got my money back and purchased a Costco membership

This place used to be very good. Costumer service African Brianna is very mean and rude she thinks we are shopping for free .I am going to cancel my membership. They sell expired food Please check before purchasing .

It has been since 08/2023 that I reported a foreign object in my ground beef and yet no one has reached out to me as promised after an email asking for pictures of what I found. One star is the only option to leave a post, it truly deserves less. I waited all of this time before leaving this review. I’ll try calling the customer care line again, even though they keep telling me someone will get back to me. Smh

Tahjeer in the bakery has terrible customer service.He does not seem to like this job.The young lady working with him was doing everything while he stood on his phone on FaceTime.He should not have a job.

I love BJ's. Buy in bulk what you need at a discounted rate. Only Walmart is comparable in prices on things like groceries and electronics.

If I could give zero stars I would.For starters I had a interview told this associate he told me he was going to tell the AGM and never did I sat there for 30 mins before she came and got me and told me she had no clue I was there. Interview went extremely well to the point I got told I was the new supervisor on the spot for evenings, talked about the role, and discussed the pay rate and how i would be making more since i have experience being a supervisor with wawa. Also told me HR will call me to discuss and settle the rate. Then I haven't heard from anyone AFTER I ALREADY PUT IN MY TWO WEEK WITH MY JOB. So I called the store not a soul answers the phone there. Finally got someone to pick up the phone to just be told HR was having issues I should hear back from them soon. Then I get a message about my position and pay rate and it wasn't anything I was promised. Stated part time associate for 18$ a hour. Called the recruiter and told her what I was told. Now she can't get a answer back from the store so I called myself for 3 hours straight no one picked up. So I had a idea to call the bakery because they have to answer for orders. Told her no one in costumer service is answering she apologized and then told me she can transfer me back to them and TRY AGAIN. I told her no I need the AGM or GM she sat there in silence. I then continued to say ain't there a way for you to page them? She goes I can try. This guy answers and he was the club member manager. He told me he wants me as lead for 18$ a hour and that's the best he can do. If that the case I would rather take the associate for 18$ a hour with less responsibilities. Now next week I be JOBLESS with a kid due to their lack of communication and awful associates that can't answer the phone when that's part of the costumer service job ?If you want a job this BJs lacks in communication.If you have a family emergency expect no one to answer. Have them write it down what they offering you because clearly they like to play games and lie. I won't say all BJs are terrible because I don't know for sure but this location exactly is terrible.
