  Very inconvenient that I always have to go pick up my packages when I pay to have them delivered.

  Route carrier wouldnt deliver my package that was paid in full...Instead asked me to pay 3 times the shipping that i had already paid in order to get what i paid for...wish i could leave zero stars

  This is the only Post Office that I have dealt with that the route carrier does not deliver packages instead she writes a note saying there is a package at the post office that needs to be picked up. This happens at least every month when I send packages up to my daughter. This carrier ( upper George's Valley Road ) does not even attempt to drive to the house and drop off package , is this NOT their job ? Melissa Grove Elba , ALABAMA
