I've been a member for one week and absolutely love it! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. They make sure your form is good and you're pushing yourself to do the best you can. Your meal plan is spelled out clearly. No calorie chasing. Just eat 3 meals a day. I feel like I've already lost inches and feel better in general. It's all in the name "Motivate" fitness.

I owe a bit of gratitude to Bill and his crew at Motivate Fitness. They took the time to listen, assess and prescribe the best path to health I needed. I felt instant relief in knowing I was in the right place and the perfect hands. I was definitely over training and under fuelling my body. With some small changes in my workouts I saw some great changes in strength, flexibility, body comp and overall confidence of well being. I do not know the reason but I feel taller when I finish my workouts with Bill and his crew. Motivate Fitness hits on every one of my fitness needs and goals. I look forward to each and every workout. Cannot wait until the next one. Thank you Bill and Motivate Fitness. You are a life saver.

I started at Motivate Fitness to get stronger, healthier and faster in my golf swing. Bill, Tim and Jacob do an amazing job! What I like the most is how they hold me accountable and Motivate me to work as hard as I can to reach my goals. They set the goals and provide an atmosphere that makes me want to go to the gym and spend time with them as they share the same passion towards my improvement as I do. This really helps me stay focused and I am seeing a major improvement after 3 weeks.

I'm 60 years old, 50 pounds overweight and since the pandemic started I've averaged 800 steps a day. I've had spurts of motivation on my own here and there but nothing that I could stick with, and therefore no results. I didn't have strength in my hands and arms, my legs, and I was out of breath walking up or downstairs. I couldn't climb out of a canoe or get off the floor without requiring help. I started with Motivate Fitness on July 14th 2023. MF tailors the workout to my level, where I am right now. It's challenging! It's hard. And it's working. There are some true athletes there that inspire me. And there are also lots of folks who are starting out like me, making real progress at their own pace. I was nervous for my first workout, because I'm so out of shape and older. I have never once felt out of place at the gym. I feel like I'm part of the group, I belong there as much as anyone, and rather than feeling intimidated, I feel fully supported. Tim and Jacob are extremely knowledgeable; they easily recognize where I need to/can do more, or maybe need to pull back. When I walk out of the gym after my work out I am on cloud nine, and I know I've done something that makes me healthier and stronger. I always look forward to the next workout with Tim and Jacob at MF. I am stronger, can walk up the stairs without pulling myself using the railing, hands free!!! I can carry a full laundry basket up or down the stairs like it's nothing. I can sit on the floor and get up on my own. Getting in/out of the canoe is much less embarrassing. I love it at MF and highly recommend meeting Bill and his team and giving it a try.

I have known Bill for quite some time. For an even longer time, I have struggled with most of the health issues that come with having a career in technology. Bill's advice and counsel have allowed me to lose about 80 lbs. and get into some semblance of fitness again. Moreover, he has provided me the MOTIVATION to take an active role in being healthy. It's in the name for God's sake!With so many podcasts, websites with conflicting information, and supplement ads cluttering the precious little time we have to devote to health, Bill is a godsend! He is approachable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and above all else, comes to you where you are in your health and fitness journey. If you need help getting started or even taking things to the next level, Bill is the man to talk to.

Calling this fitness studio "Motivate Fitness" is spot on. The great staff cheer you on and seem personally invested in your fitness journey. Oh, and they really know their stuff too—they bring a very smart approach to helping you get into shape. Highly recommend!

I had been searching for a fitness club that provided personal training -- and I found Motivate Fitness. After my consultation with Bill, who listened to what I wanted to achieve, I felt that I found a place where I would receive a training plan that would work for me. Tim, my trainer along with Jacob, demonstrate each exercise and guide me to make sure my form is correct so I get the most benefit from each set. Their encouragement reinforces that I am making progress -- they're great trainers and I appreciate their expertise. I attend yoga class too and I can feel the benefit --- my flexibility is improving and the sessions help me to de-stress.

The team at Motivate Fitness makes this a fantastic place to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Their program allows me to put the work in they design and absolutely reap the benefits in a supportive environment. Simply, a place for anyone looking to make sure their functional strength and endurance are there to enjoy life. I love how it is geared for those over 50 and tailored to our concerns and individual concerns.

I love this gym, and I generally hate gyms but this one is different. It is everything the other ones aren't. You get personalized attention to make sure you do the exercises correctly. You get a tailor made program just for you. The place is clean, and they limit the groups to 5 people a session with about 2-3 trainers so you are never left alone to fend for yourself. They adjust the equipment to your capabilities and needs. Bill & his team, Tim, Jacob, Stephanie, and Adrien are the BEST!!

Motivate Fitness is more than a gym. Bill, the owner, and his staff provide personal training with attention to every detail. Your exercise program is tailored to your needs, and works to strengthen areas of weakness. It is changed periodically to keep you moving toward to your goals. Clients (only 3 at a time) are spaced out with areas marked on the floor. All equipment is sanitized, providing a safe environment in which to work out. In addition, there are emailed videos to participate in at home. Scheduling your work out time is very easy. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get and stay in shape.

I love going to Motivate Fitness to exercise! The workouts are great and they create my workouts for me. If I have an injury they can always alter a workout for me so I can continue to exercise. The gym is very clean and the equipment is great too! Scheduling my workouts on the app are easy as well. Bill, Tim and Steph are so helpful.

I have been a member of Motivate Fitness for the last 6 years. I keep renewing my membership because everything that was promised to me in the beginning has come to fruition. Flexibility and strength has increased and my golf game has improved as a result of the workouts that Bill creates each month. Satisfied customer.
