I bought a phone at this Verizon store tonight. The salesman Arsh ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was great. He explained all my options, all the prices and what would be best for me. He was patient and kind. He was so helpful. I would definitely go back to this store !!

I used to hate going to the Clark's Summit Verizon store even though it is closest to my home. I had no choice cant remember my pin # to pay online so need to go to store to pay my bill the keyser store I had been going to had their computers down so they directed me to go to the Clark's Summit store, reluctantly I went ! Well I was very surprised to have a pleasant experience and have been going back since!

Reed was VERY knowledgeable and helpful! He explained all the details associated with the different types of iPhones, data plans and accessories. We got everything we wanted within the range we wanted to pay. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Also the store was very clean. This was the third store we went to this afternoon after two awful experiences in Scranton and Taylor.

WARNING! ABSOLUTELY WHATEVER HOU DO DO NOT SPEND GOOD AMERICAN DOLLAR HERE! I know you all work so hard. But this place just is not worth it sweetie! My Iphone is not working so good and my geandson says I need to change the battery... we drive up to this place and I thought my Blood Sygar was dropping I felt so woozy. No thank you! My grandson asks the Nice Woman can she please get new bartery thank you. They ask for all these words and numbers... I had to clutch onto his string and limber body I got so nervous I do. ot know! My account! Whose account is it I don't know! Stop asking me! And she sayd..... I want to see the upgrade on phone! No no no no stop that please. I like my phone Do not tryntonsell me something gor the love of god. Still nobody tell me about battery! All I want to know is batery please ! She finally says Oh! .......No sorry we cabt. why Donyou waste my time? I need fo get back to my Macinfor the love of Jesus Christ. My Grandson needs to study. So Whatever! Just get ke the charger to give my Iphone the juisce. my Grandon says APPLE charger he asks. She diseaapears for 15 minutes I say to him "Is she ok?" do we call some one? She comes back with all these crazy chargers. NO! ! Please this is not what I wnt. Can you give me this one thing? I ask. Not what I wanted! Whatever I just buy one okay at this point I need my Ativan or somrthing. LADIES! THs was nearly 45 bucks!! No not worth my disability money!!! Oh and she trybro sell me the warranty too.... Honey do I loo k like I wajt that? Absolutely a o from Marg. So I finally walk out of that plave. I trip on the way out and Ruin my nice new slacks. Great! Just what i need right about now. So I just ask you pleas do not patronize thisnplace please just do not okay?

OMG! I was d*** enough to actually try to give this store a second chance for a simple purchase. I walked in and explained what I was looking for, and it was replacement ear buds. Do you think this was possible? I had to stand there literally begging to make the purchase as I was given the "phone update pitch ". I finally made the purchase, and the ear buds they sold me didn't work. Avoid this store at all cost. There were two other customers with bigger issues, and they kept repeating that they couldn't help the customers.

Not an real Verizon store, they can't help you with your phone. Ordered my wife an iPad that she never wanted or asked for just showed up at our house... who does that
