I bought a phone at this Verizon store tonight. The salesman Arsh ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was great. He explained all my options, all the prices and what would be best for me. He was patient and kind. He was so helpful. I would definitely go back to this store !!

Poor service. They do not stand behind what they sell. It is sad that Verizon allows this store to carry their name.
