Came here first thing in the morning, tried to get in at 7:07 am and door is locked. Get a coffee and come back at 7:15 am still locked. Literally need to get some paint for the morning job. Disappointed

The associate was Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Their paints are very nice to work with. They apply much better than the ones I have used from big box stores.

Walked in and talked with Tyler today. Tyler was very knowledgeable in the products at the store and offering advice on a project I have going on. Painting isn't my favorite but going and talking with Tyler who is helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant, my overall experience was fantastic. If Mr. Sherwin Williams reads this, Tyler deserves a raise!

The best customer service, all the workers are kind and helpful. Expensive but good quality paint, and they can mix farrow and ball colors accurately.

The store manager here is the absolute best. I believe his name was Jonathan. His knowledge and experience helped me decide on the absolute perfect color for our living room. Will be recommending this store and Jonathan to everyone!

Extremely excellent customer service. I walked in there knowing nothing about paint, came out with an education. Able to answer every question I've had. I'm so happy to say that I live near a sherman-williams.
