5 stars because Jenn at the pharmacy is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and amazing at her job. Best pharmacist Rite Aid has. Without her getting perspections was such a hassle and problem. Thank you Jenn for a great job.

More than once they did not have common medications in stock.(Eloquis, Advair) You call in to have your prescription refilled. It asks you if you want to pick it up that evening and gives you the time you can. It wasn't refilled. One time I was told they had plenty of the Eloquis, I get in there and then was told they didn't have it, ended up having to go to Grove City and wait for an hour and a half.Edit.Yesterday 12/21/23, my brother picked up my prescription and instead of running my insurance, they used an RX card so I was charged more than what other stores offer the prescription for. He was told his Advair would be there on 12/23, it wasn't in stock prior, it wasn't there. He was told to come back tomorrow.

They have to close every day at 1 30 to 2pm because Rite Aid is a completely incompetent corporation. The people here are the absolute worst. Go to Giant Eagle instead and thank me later.

All of the pharmacy staff, with the exception of one, are friendly, caring, and helpful. When my son had a broken leg and I had him and my infant twins in the car with me, I went through the drive through and asked for a few over the counter items from within the store. The pharmacy staff were incredibly understanding and were more than willing to help me out. It was so appreciated!

Fantastic store I really appreciate all the associates and the Pharmacist Katy is wonderful …the store is extremely clean and well stocked too and I’m never disappointed they always deliver the best service

I will check this store for an item if I cannot find it elsewhere, but this chain in general is very overpriced on items as simple as cereal, candy or shampoo. The pharmacy is fine if Giant Eagle is out of stock on something but not very friendly in my experience.

Very professional staff, and medication came in a timely manner. I thought medication would not be covered, and they did everything they could to make sure I was. I will be getting prescriptions filled here again

Great place to get your prescription they explain about new scripts. Pleasant, they go out of there way to do there job. Good place to shop.
