Went in with a old phone was helped by Alexandra and wow she is 100% and such a great person. Made me feel so relaxed and trusted. Alexandra listened to what my problems were and what i wanted in a new phone. She say me down showed me exactly how to work and move through out the new phone. I was not rushed like ive been in the past with other stores. Alexandra made me feel so good walking out the store with my new phone in hand. I 100% will recommend her to all my friends and family.

I had to get a new phone today and even though a slight mix up was frustrating, I have to say that the overall experience was fantastic. Noah was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I will always got to the Shippensburg store!
