Ordered half a sub and mac and cheese fries and ended up only getting my Mac and cheese. Forgot my entire sandwich and instead gave me 2 hotdogs that I did not order, everytime I go to this sheetz something is messed up.

Just saw the most wildest thing ever, I saw at pump #3 a co-worker yelling at a customer to move his truck, saw fuel everywhere on the floor. Seem like the pump didn't stop and overfill this guy truck and went everywhere on his truck and the floor, saw a Twig co-worker telling this dude to move. Than heard her yelling at him than the 3rd time, she was banging on the Passenger side window and was screaming at him and yelling that she's going call the cops, than saw the manager coming up to the guys window, I aint lying, I weren't have move that truck cause with all that gas everywhere on that truck, easily flammable,

Refueled and saw sand in some stalls, thought nothing of it until the auto shutoff failed and overflowed all over my truck. There is obviously a recurring problem if several stalls have sand all over, it happened multiple times in a short period. They refused to give a refund and were extremely rude about everything when their equipment doesn't work properly. The employee walked up to my window and yelled at me for not leaving right away, not ask, was very rude. It seemed as though she was frustrated for having to clean up a fuel spill for n'th time today.
They are obviously incompetent, have improperly working equipment, and zero customer service. Extremely rude and will never return. Oh and my truck smells like gas now...

Always loved coming to this Sheetz for the friendly places, eats and whatnots, and quiet but Devon (the maintenance man) has issues.Instead of knocking on my door like a civilized man, he banged on it like the police or someone who doesn't like people or truck drivers or women (oh I could take this so much further), and yelled "NO OVERNIGHT PARKING, YOU GOTTA MOVE!"First of all I get that so many truckers mess the warm welcomes up for the ones who do the right thing by these establishment i. e, not leaving trash laying around just anywhere, or even being down right mean when asked to move, but for him to approach this situation with the same paradigm towards all truckers shows his inability to think beyond a particular level of thinking.I've been parking my bobtail in that spot for roughly 6 months, even with the approval of some managers beforehand and all of a sudden (with him), its a catastrophy to do so, so Devon, head my words, the same thing you put out towards other people is heading your way but with 3x's the emphasis and God knows you deserve it so, good luck with that!!!

I was down to 10 miles worth of gas in my car, and have been absolutely struggling financially due to a fatal genetic illness. I was in the process of gathering a handful of change from off the floor, in my center console, and dash. As I was counting out my change, Elizabeth ( a cashier at this sheetz) looked at the expression on my face and then gave me my change back, and then put 20 dollars of her own money in to my gas tank. I needed that act of kindness more than you can imagine. This company ( and society as a whole) needs more Elizabeth's. Thank you so much if you see this. If nothing else, thank you for being compassionate when I was at my lowest.
