The two employees on 1/19/23 have no clue as how to run a business. I feel so bad for the owner knowing these two guys allow customers for many years to walk out the door into the arms of the competitors. They sort of invite it. Seems to be more important things going on in the back room than out front. The owner should have a secret shopper go in on these two characters and see for himself. They might as well gave me a coupon to use at their competitors. After 6 years I will not be back,,,,,

I went into this store last week and was not disappointed! Jacob and Noah helped me find a phone that was within my price range, and I couldn't be more grateful. I've never felt more welcomed in an establishment like this.

Really rude staff… I wouldn’t recommend buying a phone from here due to the simple fact you can find better deals elsewhere. Accessories are overpriced and store cleanliness could be a tad bit better.

Came here Friday morning for a new phone and line of service. I don't think I could've had a better experience. Was helped immediately by a friendly sales person who had the answers to all of my questions. Also got to make use of a promotion that I didn't even know about, so I paid only about half of what I expected to pay, which made me very happy. So far, the cell service is working very well and my data speeds are ten to fifteen times greater than the speeds I was getting through my previous carrier
