For the record, I didn't buy from them but I wanted to share my experience for future young buyers. The process to check out the car went swimmingly, they gave me the breakdown of the out-the-door price before I drove down, they provided the carfax without a problem. Spoke to the manager on duty, Ron Smith, who was very charismatic and made me feel welcome and built my confidence to buy. When I drove down, I was handed the keys by an older gentleman in his 50's who ?didn't even give me his name and left to my own devices to check out the car. ?He pointed me in the direction and I essentially had to wander about a bit til I asked again where. ?and I get it, you don't have enough workers and you have to tend to your own current clients. Not ur fault but at least walk me there. I don't know your lot. Anyways, as I was checking out the vehicle, 2017 Toyota RAV4 hybrid XLE at market price for it's condition and price, ?I notice a lot of rust and water damage on the engine bay, struts, rotors, hybrid battery inverter, and bolts. When the gentleman came back over, he asked what I thought. ?I told him about all the rust and wear and tear and that the tires were definitely brand new but a lot of the components under the hood and the struts were rusting as well as the front rotors. ? First thing out of his mouth was "how old are you?" (I responded) "Listen, I've been in this business longer than you've been alive. Don't sweat the small details. It's a car". And I explained my reasoning as to why it is a concern but that made me feel belittled. ?And I get it, making me trust his word as a dealer is a seller's tactic. However I am in sales as well and the best way to make a customer buy is make them feel good and build value. ?This offended me heavily as it made me feel like I don't know cars. I want to be wise with my money even in this day and age and I'm not gonna throw my money on a nice metal box with rust in it. When it came to negotiating a price, I explained that price wise, it was right where it needed to be in terms of milage but for it's condition, it was below that. ?But he said he knows his manager was not going to go lower than $1,000 off or something like that. And I get that. He knows his manager best. So I went on my day with a sour feeling in my mouth that my young looking appearance makes me look incompetent when I already have confidence issues. So, if there's any workers reading this, please take notes and not belittle your clients. Treat each person like they are a valued customer and even if they have concerns, build value. Put yourself in the client's shoes. How would he feel like I told him that he seems old and he needs to retire from his job? He probably wouldnt like me bringing up his age. But I hope you get my point. Buyers, shop smart and be ready to walk the door out of any dealership when you get red ? flags (not even talking about this dealership specifically. This is any dealership. Just in general. Be picky, know the value, and ask before you commit. you expect to drive these cars for a long time. You shouldnt have to pay for maintenance and repairs right out the gate... Unless you are flipping the car).

I’m honestly not one to write reviews, but I feel like this place should be an exception for me. The service at Carmix is outstanding. I called yesterday inquiring about one of their cars on the lot and spoke to Marty. He happily answered all of the questions I had over the phone and I wanted to come see it. He told me to come on down, and when I got there, I took it for a test drive and absolutely loved it. I had a couple of phone calls to make to my parents, and he was very kind and let me know to take as much time as I needed and to come back in when I was ready. My parents had a few questions, and Marty gladly talked to them on the phone and was very patient with all of the questions they had. The whole process, from time I stepped foot on the premises to the time I drove off with the car was less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Carmix!

I just bought a Hyundai Tucson from here and it was a great experience speedy service and no problems with the car it was clean and the service was friendly definitely going to be buying here again should I need another car in the future!

This company doesn't actually care about the customers, they only care about selling the cars. I saw a newly posted car they had, called about it, but was told it wasn't ready to show as it was getting cleaned and inspected and that I would get a call when it was ready to make an appointment to come view the car-- fair enough. When I didn't hear back a few days later, I called and was told the car was sold. They didn't even attempt to reach out or even let me know any of this, I had to find out myself, and they didn't even have the courtesy to do what they promised and call me when it was ready to schedule and appointment. Let's just say I'll be taking my future business elsewhere.

We purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado from Carmix. Ron was very generous with the price of our trade in. Ron and Joe made our truck purchase quick, easy and hassle free. I have bought my last 5 or 6 cars from Ron, Sharon Joe and the Carmix crew! And will probably buy my next 6. Great people great service, he even was able to find me the exact car I was looking for at a very fair price! It’s been a little while since I have bought anything because the last two cars have been so good and reliable, I have kept them!
