Brought our Suburban in to have the transmission looked at and was told it would be $17,000 to replace it. After repeated attempts to try and understand why it would be so much, knowing it was wrong, the rep was steadfast that her number was correct. Called multiple other dealerships and shops and was quoted more than $10,000 less than your number. After the weekend, the rep finally realized her mistake of trying to charge double for parts. However, your number was still $3-4k more than anyone else. When comparing prices of the part numbers provided, you are trying to change $2,500-$3,000 more for the remanufactured transmission than anyone else. The rep also admitted to "always rounding up" the set labor rate of $175ish to $200. On a 13 hour minimum job, that's a decent up charge. Needless to say after having used A&T in the past for service, I will never return and will be warning others of my experience.

Unless you have a 800+ credit score don't come here. I've been sent through multiple loopholes trying to finance a car for myself. First they tell me I need a cosigner cause of young credit. So I get a cosigner. Keep in mind I already had a 40% down payment AND a trade in for them. You figure you would get instantly approved off of all that alone, Nope. Then the sales guy I had Joe Braun tells me I need tax returns from prior years (2022, 2021) to get a CONDITIONAL approval. No other car dealer needs any of that garbage to get approval. Complete waste of Time management was terrible trust me when I say you're better off at any other dealership. I tried getting 2 different vehicles and was sent through different loopholes with each one.

They were all extremely dis honest with me when I bought my car from them. They are extremely fake and I would never recommend this. They sold me a car with 3 bad tires and wouldn't do a thing about it. I lease a car from them then got sucked into buying a car from them.

Jim \\u0026 Kevin in service went above and beyond for me! I have a Cadillac XT5 that just went out of warranty and my sunroof wouldn’t shut. They exhausted all methods to shut it and diagnosed a frozen motor. They were able to get new motor and get Cadillac to agree to pay for the $1000 repair except a $100 copay. My Cadillac dealer said they were too busy and couldn’t get me an appointment for two weeks!

Friendly, efficient and thorough. Got my oil change today. Options to drop off, shuttle or wait. Large, comfortable sociially distanced waiting room. Finished with my car in the time frame they gave me.

I can't say enough good things about the collision center. I just picked up my Cruz yesterday after they repaired some extensive damage after a construction vehicle hit my parked car. Jim and the entire team were just wonderful to work with from the initial estimate, negotiating with the insurance appraiser, answering my million questions, giving me advice and of course doing beautiful work on my car. Getting it back sparkling clean was the icing on the cake. Thank you all so much for making such a stressful couple weeks go as smoothly as possible.
