I needed my rear windshield repaired. The service was very convenient, they even came to my work. I was told the charge was only $100 with my insurance,which I paid. Months later I started getting phone calls from a collections agency saying I owed safelite over $200 more. I was never notified by safelite and never received a bill by mail. I tried getting in contact with a person to pay my bill. Everything is so automated and you can never speak to a human. I kept getting hung up on.

They were very helpful when we cracked our windshield. We could not get in the same day but they got us in within 2 days and once there they were quick.

Scheduled an appointment for this location at 3:30PM today and building was completely empty (they close at 5). Corporate was unable to contact them either. Extremely unprofessional as I drove there for nothing and wasted gas for a service I needed done today.

Monday I had my second experience with Safelite AutoGlass this time getting my car Windshield replaced. Not only was the customer service extra helpful with contacting my insurance company and setting up the appointment to fit into my busy schedule, but it took less than an hour to install my windshield and the technician was super kind! I highly recommend their service! Thank you for the great experience!

Very polite and pleasant. Answered all of my questions. Explained everything to me. Only took 45 minutes. I recommend them. If I need to, I will use them again
