“Had to buy my daughter a new phone as she shattered the screen on her old one. Picked up a Metro Revvl 6x 5g at our local Walmart, and when I tried to get her number transferred, I was told it couldn't be done. I was never told that before and even when I tried to chat with support, they never told me that.
After a couple attempts in the store, I was finally told why they didn't/couldn't do it and it made sense.
After returning the revvl to walmart, we went back into this store, and they helped us greatly and we walked out with a good phone for my daughter, even better then the revvl!”
