Don't waste your time here. This past August I expressed interest in a specific vehicle that they did not have on their lot, but assured me they would "try and find it" even though they claim it was a "rare exterior paint and interior color combination" (which is not true). I later received a text message that they had "found" what I was looking for, and was sent a screenshot that the vehicle was being built especially for me. The space cadet who sent me the screenshot failed to realize that the order date of the vehicle was one month prior of me even contacting them. They had this vehicle coming to their lot way before I came into the picture.
When I tried to negotiate a price that was less than full value MSRP, I was told, "Would you go to Walmart and try to bargain with their prices?" After being lied to and disrespected, it was very easy to take my business elsewhere. Beware of disrespectful and lying staff members.

They must sell enough vehicles that Customer Service and Experience matter none to them.
My Dad purchased a new truck at this dealership. He completed the paperwork and planned to have me drive him back on a different day to pick the truck up. His Salesperson (Josh) told my Dad that he was at the dealership every day except Wednesday. My Dad called and told Josh he would be coming to pick up the truck on Tuesday between 3:30 and 4 p.m.
I scheduled time off from work and drove an hour and a half to pick my Dad up. We arrived at this dealership at approximately 3:35. Josh, the Salesperson, wasn't at the dealership. He didn't let anyone know that my Dad was coming to pick up the truck and that the truck needed to go through in detail. Another Salesperson called Josh to find out what was going on and informed us that they would get it into detail.
We left and went to get something to eat and were able to meet with a delivery specialist when we returned. While we sat in the truck with the delivery specialist, Josh, the Salesperson, walked past twice and didn't have the decency to take a moment to apologize for the inconvenience or thank my Dad for his business; in fact, he wouldn't even make eye contact. No one at the dealership took the time to acknowledge what had taken place or offer any words about the bad experience of picking up my Dad's $50,000 purchase. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is disappointing.
Overall, we were left feeling undervalued as customers.

This is my 3rd new vehicle purchase in 3 years and each time they go out of their way to make sure it's right !
I highly recommend Kristine Schon. The last two cars I have requested she has been integral in acquiring.
She works to makes sure everything is coming together and then moves the entire process along quickly.
It's definitely the cheers effect with her...she remembers you and what is important to you as a customer.
Shout out to sales manager Chad Scholl. He is fair. He is organized. He knows how to acquire vehicles quickly.
OVERALL fabulous experience.
We use them for all service as well. If something isn't right, communicate it, they will work to make it right.

When a dealership says they will work with you no matter what just know that 9 times out of 10 that is false advertising. It's no wonder vehicles don't move off the lot and sit there collecting dust because people are tired of being lied to.

Took my mom there today to have her car inspected. They charged nearly $200 to replace a windshield wiper blade and a side marker bulb or they wouldn't pass it. I had checked all lights and wipers before taking it in. Within minutes of leaving the check engine and 4wd warning lights pop on. Beware of service done here.
According to outside garage mechanic who fixed issue, the Toyota service department had disconnected vacuum line from pcv to intake and failed to reconnect the hose.

Three times in my life this dealer had bad customer service with regard to my wife and I. Not worth it, just go to another Toyota dealer. Avoid the hassle.

I contacted Toyota about a 2021 Pre-Owned Tundra listed on their website and promptly received an email from their sales team confirming its availability. They requested my phone number to discuss pricing. However, when I declined to provide my number and to only continue the conversation through email, Noel Knarr informed me that the truck had been sold to another customer. Despite this, the truck continues to be listed on their website. Potential buyers should be cautious as Noel Knarr may use unavailable vehicles to collect contact information for marketing purposes, potentially leading to offers on higher-priced vehicles that need to be sold. ALSO MOST OF THEIR REVIEWS ARE FROM "CUSTOMERS" WHO HAVE ONLY LEFT 1 REVIEW EVER- MEANING ITS PAID!

Over two hours for a tire rotation. That was with an appt. Absolutely the worst. If you can avoid getting anything done here I highly suggest you do.
