My gosh, I called the pharmacy to see if they had a prescription that was on back order at other pharmacies. They were so nice and accommodating and they filled it right away! Nicole (who answered my call) was so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! I love wegmans pharmacy! Thanks to Nicole and the pharmacy team!

I'm from the west coast and I absolutely adore wegmans. It's my favorite grocery store and once I go back home to the west coast I am going to miss this grocery store. It's a good one. Wish we had one!!

Wegman's is heaven. Where else can you get the best seafood, American, Japanese, pizza and sandwiches? I mean they're better than the best buffet places that don't even exist around these parts. I'm talking the take out AND grocery...going on your own or delivery. Everything about wegman's is impeccable.

Wegmans pharmacy is hands down #1 in the area. Staff and pharmacists are so friendly and helpful and sweet. Will never go anywhere else.

This is by far my favorite grocery store. The organic and gourmet selections, as well as staple grocery items are fresh and of the best quality. Well priced, inspite of Wegman's reputation for being "expensive." I have found this not to be true. Wegman's is dealing with the Co-vid crisis responsibly and have made some adjustments to insure customer and staff's safety. I find the cusomer service excellent as well. I live in New York state and try to make a trip to Wegmans in Scranton at least monthly.

After not going to a grocery store for over 10 days, I braved going out to Wegman's this morning. It was terrifying! I arrived by 8 am, and the store was already reasonably crowded. Wegman's has made no attempt to enforce or even encourage social distancing. People need to go to the grocery store, but they should not have to risk transmitting or contracting a life-threatening disease to do so. I washed my hands and put on gloves before going in; but few other customers or employees had gloves on. There are signs everywhere about limits on what you can buy, but no signs reminding people to keep their distance and to avoid touching merchandise they do not intend to buy. While I waited for another customer to finish choosing his purchase from the self-serve deli case, I stood 6 feet away --only to have another customer push in front of me and start pawing the packages of cold cuts! When I finally did get up to the case, another customer came right up beside me less than a foot away, and once again, started touching all of the packages. Also as I stood at the head of an aisle waiting for people to clear out, I saw a woman pick up at least 5 jars of olives, look at them and put them back on the shelf!! Wegman's and all other grocery stores need to post frequent and big signs telling people to stand back and only touch merchandise they intend to buy. They also need to enforce limits on the number of people who can come into the store at once so that people can keep their distance. We all need to presume that we are contagious and act accordingly. I probably won't be going back to Wegmans anytime soon.

Wegmans is already a Wonderland, but the staff here is the absolute best staff of any wegmans! They always go above and beyond. Today I needed a specific item (wegmans garlic and herb cheese spread, YUM!) & without any fuss or issue, Trisha, the woman helping me went out of her way to stop what she was doing, and check the back for me. It definitely reinforced my love for wegmans as a whole, & as a retail worker myself I know how annoying customer requests to be at their beck-and-call can get, so I truly appreciate Trisha taking the time to do me that kindness

I visited the Dickson City Wegmans bakery department today around 4:30pm. The girl who waited on me REALLY NEEDS a lesson in customer service!! I asked for assistance in getting a cake decorated and I was greeted with the most unfriendly person !!! She seemed I was just a bother to her!! The handwriting on the cake is sloppy!! She really needs to be spoken to!!
