Jerome gave the best customer service I’ve had in any Verizon store! He was extremely helpful, took time to really make sure I got what I need. I walked in for a car charger and walked out with a new phone and new streaming services without breaking my bank. Excited that I have new technology to play with!

It’s big scam place we lost lot of money , Please stay away . We added 6 new lines and they did gave all false info about promotions and none of the promotions are applied and we ended up paying huge bills now . And it’s not CORPORATE STORE PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Went there on the 15th to pay my bill on the 23 I get a message from Verizon I’m being changed a late fee because they never received the payment
