I'm new to Shannon's. She just did my two great pyranees dogs and although my last groomer was good, Shannon hit it out of the park, especially with my three legged girl pyr. They both look like a million bucks. Thanks so much!!

Shannon was wonderful with my pups and handled them with care! She knew how to adjust to their needs and even reached out to make sure that I would be happy with the end result. I made their next appointment at pick up and would not hesitate to refer others to her!

Hello our names are Lisa and Ollie. We were left by our human cold and hungry. A nice human took us in but she needed help. An Angel named Shannon stepped in and now we're able to stay with our other Angel. We're warm fed and loved. We'll never forget our Angel Shannon and her unbelievable kindness. Bless you

Shannon did an excellent job with our husky. He was so silky smooth and her products made him smell fresh and clean. Few weeks later and still silky smooth fur! Highly recommend!

Shannon is 100% about the dogs. I read some of the reviews. For that Jolene girl? Clearly she’s lying. If anyone knows the place- Shannon is only open on Saturdays during the holidays. You’re the exact kind of client that should go somewhere else. Be someone else’s nightmare. Stop with your nonsense. And yes, if you don’t call and don’t show for your “emergency”, the business loses money. What’s so urgent that you couldn’t call or have someone call for you? Some people think groomers play with puppies all day. It’s a business and guess what? She has a waiting list. Thankfully, a much better client will get your spot! Shannon has life long clients. She is the only groomer that will ever touch my dog!
