Pulled into the parking lot got out of my car and as soon as I turned the corner I had an employee tell me this parking lot is for Penn furniture customers only? maybe let people get more than 5 people away from their car before assuming? Terrible business, take more care in the customers than your parking lot for a pro tip

I love shopping at Penn Furniture, especially since I started working with Mary Mangino. If I can't find what I'm looking for in their extensive floor selection, I can build and order *exactly* what I want with Mary—working with her is a fun and effortless process. The pieces I've filled my home with from Penn Furniture are both fresh and timeless, and the quality is unmatched.

I would have given 5 stars , but Saleswoman Roberta didn't call my 88yr. old Mother like she said she would do , 10/17. 10,18 . Commission was more important , I suppose.Delivery was fantastic . Richie & his helper were fantastic . Probably will shop there again , but...............Should've called .

You have a choice. Go to a strip mall furniture store, pay a lot and get the same boring, low quality pieces as your least interesting acquaintance. Or, go to Penn where you’ll get individual attention from a designer and pieces that are well made, and will have your guests asking “where did you get that?”

One of a kind furniture store. Floors of high quality brand names with great views out over Scranton. Shopping here is fun and friendly. We've bought several pieces from here and very happy with all of them.
