Programming is probably the best out of all of the crossfit gyms I have been to. Coaches are skilled with all athletic ability from beginner to professional athlete. Members and staff are friendly and helpful.

Been going to Uno for many years and kim at the front desk is always so helpful and you can tell that Ray really cares about his business. There is an awesome CrossFit program (crossfit Scranton) and Tommy is an awesome leader.

From day one, this Box has changed my life. Physically and mentally I am in the best shape I have ever been in. From the daily programming to nutritional guidance, no gym around compares to what they have to offer. All levels of fitness are welcomed and the athletes and staff inspire you to do more than you could ever imagine. It is my home away from home.

I use to have a membership here, watch the downstairs of the gym be built & used it was it was brand new. I occasionally go there now & I think the gym kinda sucks. # 1 day passes are back up $10 each, I can have a membership at crunch, or planet fitness for the cost of a day pass.... smh I do like this gym Bc not many in the area have hacksquat machines. The cross-fitters destroyed the downstairs & the weights. Really got on my nerves the kid thinking he was power cleaning 135lbs & completely dropping his locked out arm reach. You can see the damage in the photos this is doing to the rubber weights too. Loud & pointless. Training to be skinny ? I guess cross-fitters are the only ones who get full squat racks ? Anyone else there to lift gets half racks of which bar barely fits within the rack, that's not bolted down, flushed, or centered on their platform. I don't work at the gym, I'm not centering it myself. Just inconvenient to me as a customer, & I think dangerous to have one foot on soft rubber floor vs wood while squatting. Upstairs was nice, finish machines.

Dropped in- couldn't be happier! People were VERY friendly! Tommy (owner) and coach made me feel welcome to be there. Pro-tip: stretch out on your own time prior to WOD, they get right into it!

I attended here as a guest and literally loved this place! It's full of hard working people focused on attaining their goals. It's hard work and you're 100% guaranteed a kick a** workout. I left with sweat poring = goal accomplished! I also enjoyed how everyone worked together as a team and cheered me on when they were done. Definitely recommend!
