Great experience this week opening accounts at the Schaefferstown Branch with Cinnamon Steiger.Nice to have folks around that know their job well!Plus thoroughly explain the many options for electronic banking that I can use.

It’s great having a bank within walking distance of home, however I’ve had many issues with their Fulton credit card flagging work purchases as fraudulent. The hours are anything but convenient. I’m rarely able to get to the bank before 4pm. Weekends they’re basically not opened, leaving only Friday’s open until 6pm. Most other banks are open until 4:30 or 5pm weekdays. They also keep the front doors locked so you have to walk up a hill all the way back around to their rear entrance. Transactions are also slow to process in our account on the app.. The staff however are profession and friendly and always helpful.

I've had nothing but problems with these people. From sending me paper statements after clearly telling them I don't want paper statements, to their ATM crashing and not giving me my ATM card back, so who knows who will get my card and cash. Their savings account APY is a joke, I don't know if they weren't told the interest rates went up. Their staff are unprofessional, showing up to work unkempt, wrinkly shirttails flying, pretty sloppy really.

No other vehicles in the parking lot or the drive-through but it still takes almost 10 minutes till somebody comes to help you at the drive-through then possibly another 10 minutes till they finally decide to process your deposit or whatever

I've had only the best service here! The tellers know everyone by name, and are very friendly. The lobby is set up nice and they offer free coffee and tea!Highly recommend!!
