“Hand made all beef patties, cooked on a griddle. Located across the street from the Century Inn, this little grocery store has a lunch counter in the back. There's no sign, but you enter by the Pepsi machine on the sidewalk. This place used to be known as Doc Mowl's Store.”

“Simply one of the best stores in southwest Pennsylvania. The employees of this store are fantastic people. The Muhlys are wonderful, they truly know the meaning of a FAMILY business! If you're ever in Southwest Pennsylvania or even a couple states away, it is worth the trip to Muhly's Little Store!!!”

“I can remember going there as a child. We would visit relatives in Brownsville (Clara & Pete Christoff). We always stopped on the way there or going home to Washington, PA. I loved the smells, the samples, the food (mostly the imported Provolone Cheese!). The older folks would talk in Italian, it was magical. I hope I can visit there again. I so miss those days.(My last name is Paletta).”

“What a great place to shop if your looking for a bargain! So many items that you can't find àt larger grocery chains! Also if you are a fan of buying in bulk this is the place for you! It seems to be family run and they make you feel so welcome when you first walk through the door! They was very helpful explaining their products and where to find them. They also box up your items and will take them to your car for you! I will definitely be back when I do my larger monthly shopping order!”

“Our store of choice. Great meat selection as well as fine selection of fruits and vegetables. Only drawback is the bakery which boast very good artisan bread and rolls is always sold out when shopping after work on the weekdays.”

“Great place to get groceries at reasonable prices, and right along Rt. 40 which makes it convenient when going to and from Richeyville, being a Richeyville resident myself. Service is quick and easy, and employees know the store very well and are always happy to help you find what you’re looking for. I’ve never had a bad experience while shopping here.”

“The prices and in-store music both are quite hard to beat when compared to, say, Giant Eagle. A wide selection of things you both did and didn't know you needed. It's definitely the biggest store in about a 20 minute radius so worth stopping by on your next grocery outing if you haven't been before.”

“Even though Corporate took over, I'm pleased to report that their pepperoni roll recipe remains the same! I grew up in Dry Tavern and remember going to Davis's to get these pepperoni rolls with my grandparents. When Davis's was razed for the Giant Eagle, the recipe stayed the same, and thankfully remains the same, 40 years going. No other Giant Eagle sells them. They are the best pepperoni rolls I've ever had. They now sell a six-pack of smaller pepperoni rolls, and they have the same taste, but the true originals are sold individually and sell out quickly! Pre-order or arrive before noon to get yours.”

“For a small franchised store, they are expanding to include items usually found in bigger and Market District stores. The staff is friendly. The store is clean. They now have a beer and wine area, and the bakery is awesome.I couldn't ask for a better local store in the small town I live in.”

“As far as Dollar General is concerned, this one is fairly typical. The employees are personable and do their job without making you feel unwelcome, which is a jump up from most DG's. They need to work in recovery and stocking better. It's almost impossible to walk through the store without running into all the unpacked product waiting to be shelved. Its not super professional but it seems that most people have come to accept it as typical of these stores.”
