This place absolutely scams you out of money, I’ve had my vehicle serviced at the same dealership in Towanda (I won’t name) ever since I bought it but I figured since I worked close here, I would get a quote for an oil change. They are $130+ more than what my local dealership has been charging me. Not only that, they will bring you in for warranty work, but won’t find the cause and decide to try to charge you for multiple diagnosis fees. (Was nearly $400 and no problem was discovered) Before they’ll release the vehicle. And don’t even get me started on the fact my vehicle had the driver seat reclined so far back I could sleep in it.

Called regarding 2 of my chrome rims that were flaking, not chipped, not scratched, flakes the width of a pencil, only to be told that my BUMPER to BUMPER warranty doesn't cover it. Called Sherwood Groves and was told to bring it in for assessment. Well by golly it is indeed covered by my BUMPER to BUMPER warranty. Also made the mistake of using Williams for a service issue last summer and was told they needed to order the parts for the FACTORY recalls and I've never received a call letting me know the parts were in.

I've had my car for a year now so I think it's time I can finally write an honest and thorough review. I bought a 17 Lincoln mkz last year at the end of Janurary/first week of February. The saleswoman I had was helpful at the time, but during the test drive there was some issues with the car that I pointed out and were told would be fixed by the dealership, one of which being the defroster not working. Come to find out, they had inspected the car a couple days prior and a defroster is something that should fail an inspection on its own, yet they passed it. That should have been the first red flag.
There is a welcome light under the side mirrors that light up the ground at night when you unlock the car or are walking up to it, and the driver side one is broken and shines a blotchy mess instead of the car logo, this was also pointed out during the test drive and was told it would be fixed, yet now they are saying if I want the warranty I bought to cover it i may have to pay the $125 diagnostic fee because it may not be covered if it is considered "cosmetic" even tho this was an issue prior to purchase I was told would be fixed by the dealership.
Warranty work at this dealership is a hassle when asking questions, and a hazard when actually getting the work done. I schedule my first oil change 3 months at the dealership, and the first two oil changes were to be free in the first year. I was called the night before my AM appointment saying they overbooked and had to cancel mine, after waiting a couple weeks for an appointment, so I took it somewhere else. They pointed out to me several problems, the main one being the lower control arms being in terrible condition and needed to be replaced. They were bad enough they also should've have failed the inspection the dealership passed a few months prior. This kind of degradation doesn't happen in 2-3 months. I brought up this concern with the dealership after playing phone tag and emailing corporate to finally get a response, and was told to bring it in and they would replace the control arms and do an alignment, and replace the unevenly worn fresh tires that were ruined by the control arms being bad. As I was leaving the dealership I could tell right away something was wrong, the care was pulling when I touched the gas, and pulling the opposite way when I let off of it. Very bad torque steer, but I had to get to work because that appointment took close to 8 hours of me waiting in the lobby. I called the dealership from work and they told me they had multiple techs test drive it before giving it back to me and there were no issues, yet the torque steer was bad enough to give me car sickness while driving. I took the car back to the third party garage I went to for my oil change and they put it on the lift, and the bolts to the new control arm were not tightened, not even hand tightened. Visibly loose and moveable with just a slight touch of the hand. I was furious that my safety was put on the line by the dealership and demanded a fix and another alignment since it is impossible to do one if the control arms are not even tight.
It took reaching out to the vice president of the area after working my way through any email I could find to get answers and results. They tried to call me and I told them I want a reply to the concerns in my email, I want everything in writing from this point forward after all the empty promises and terrible results.
It is sad because I love the car, I loved all the features I could get for the price point and I don't regret the car, but I do regret who I bought it from. This review only begins to list all the issues I've had with the dealership and answers I've never received a fix to. Take this as a warning, if you do buy from this dealership, make sure to get all work checked over by a trusted third party and get everything in writing.

Do not trust the service department!!! Had an agreement with Mark the old service manager. He got let go so after buying a $50,000 car I had to pay another $260 to get cruise control fixed . This is no longer our hometown dealership. After Tony got his promotion the place went downhill. But lesson learned Williams service word is no longer good and I will no longer be a customer or support the service department any longer from my personal or my business vehicles this is the last money they will ever get from me. I will drive 45 min to get my stuff worked on or parts for my things. Was a customer for over 10 pluse years good job Williams service you guys are officially a joke.

Completely satisfied with the service! Its my first time taking my car to the shop (my dad is my mechanic) and they took such good care of her! She's riding smoothly again! They found a problem that I wasn't prepared for, but definitely knew about, and they fixed it in the middle of a snow storm! They provided me with a courtesy car to get home safely while my car was being taken care of. I am happy with the service and highly recommend them!
