Towed 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Touring L to Ferrario Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Sayre dealership Friday with 26,750 miles and Service Charging system failure. No power to drive. Was told to pick it up by Alex in service because due to outstanding recall they couldn't fix it, but it was "driving now". Alex stated they weren't going to "Store" my car until a remedy was available for the recall that just came out for this exact issue. After multiple issues with the vehicle and the fact that a loaner wasn't available to me I had let Alex know that I was going to be talking to a Lemon Law attorney. Once that was mentioned Alex became extremely difficult to deal with. He stated that once a Lemon Law attorney was mentioned then they could not continue to service it and they would be contacting legal counsel. I reached out and left a message and email to J Bronson who I'm told was owner or general manager. No response from him.I didn't buy my vehicle at Ferrario Chrysler. I have only had it serviced there several times. When I asked was it safe to drive he stonewalled me and said it was running. When I asked if they test drove it he said they drove it from one shop to the other. Less than a mile! ONE MILE! So I asked a friend to drive me to pick it up. When I arrived the shop was closed. Spoke to Peter on the Sales floor and he asked Rachel to hand me the keys and paperwork.I Drove it 19 miles! It died, again! Car full of groceries and 23 degrees outside. 26,770 miles on it now.Had Stellantis tow it to another garage!Such poor service! Alex acted as if I was suing him personally! Or the dealership themselves instead of Chrysler! There's an active recall for this exact same issue! They didn't even try to repair or test drive it to verify it was safe to release to me knowing I have 5 kids. My car has 3 car seats! Still haven't heard from a Chrysler specialist even though I was told it had been escalated!

Alex was my Saleswoman! Best experience ever! Done in a couple of hours!!! Drove two hours and will drive two more for the service! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently reached out to Ferrario Nissan for assistance to purchase my leased vehicle. Was told to send copies of insurance card, registration and license which I did. I was then sent a credit application to complete and return which I did. I emailed and called the gentleman that I had been speaking with and got no response to either form of communication. Very poor customer service! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
