Clean, efficient, parking was excellent. My issue was finding it open-first time I went I'm assuming they were out to lunch and second time they were closed for the employee to run out for change. I did get it done with only a short wait for them to reopen.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I clearly showed multiple government issues of my name and address, but there was a spelling error on the package. Absolutely ridiculous and the manager was an asshole.

These guys have a Driver who dropped off 2 medium size boxes at my house, that didn't belong to anyone in my house. I jumped in my car and drove around the entire neighborhood to try and find him, but he was gone. So I drove the boxes to where they should have gone. The owner was happy, and said that he'd also file a complant. Fed Ex Really Needs To Hire Drivers That Can Read An Address.

This store tried to steal my packages. I left them with no receipt. They never scanned them. Went back 24 hours later and saw the same worker who told me to take a picture of the packages at drop off , he told me he scanned them and they are on the way. The two employees tried to provide any evidence at all that they were scanned but failed to do so. While leaning over the counter I looked in the far back of the store and due to the unquie shape of one of my packages and how I wrapped it I literally say it. I said " there is my package !!! It's behind that printer box". His first question was " how did you know that was a printer?" ( interesting response right ? ) ... I said I just had laser eye surgery ( which is true ). He goes back and it's a miracle ... it was my package and he finds the other one too !!!! He was in shock. He scanned them and acted like it was all fine. It's not fine. It's obvious what is going on at this location. If you leave without proof of shipment they don't scan the packages and keep them on the side " forgetting to scan them". And in 30 or so days .... lost mail . Nice try

FedEx is not a reliable shipper and they do not allow you contact them with out a tracking number. I placed a package in their Dropbox in front of the Marina Del Rey Shipping Center, and it has never been heard from again. It was never logged in, so from their standpoint they do not recognize a tracking number. I have a copy of the shipping label, but cannot prove I actually deposited the package. The real issue is that you cannot contact that center by phone, and in fact without a tracking number in the system, they will not connect you with an agent. Do not use their drop boxes. Unreliable and a catch 22 when you try to troubleshoot.

Worse than USPS. Their delivery drivers never left delivery notification attempts and they returned a package that I had been waiting for. These attempts weren't even reflected online. I show up today, and they apparently returned my package back to Europe yesterday. I asked them to turn it around, but they said they couldn't even though I paid for shipping. Truly awful service. Never purchase anything that ships by FedEx. According to them, my package is now in Missouri, but online clearly shows that it's still in MDR. See the pic below, i

3/25/23 paid $49.61 to have an overnight delivery of a 1-page document by Monday 3/27. Day 3 and still "delayed" per FedEx. Had the misfortune of dealing with Nicola who did not understand my concerns and refused to refund me after dropping the ball. Referred me to "the 1800 number." If I wanted shit service I would have used the postal service.

I had a prepaid label to drop off, and there were four people in line ahead of me. The lady behind the counter told me I could place the package on the belt and go, but before I could ask for a receipt, she left her post. I waited beside the belt for someone to answer my question. Then, a man came out, and I asked if I could get a receipt for my package. I think he assumed I had cut in line, so he was not polite. Before I gave him the package, I just wanted to confirm the cutoff time for today since it was my first time at this location.When I asked my second question, the man told me not to be dramatic and to hand him the package now. I understand he thought I cut in line, but it was his colleague who told me to drop off the package on the belt. I have no idea why he said I was being dramatic; I simply asked a question in one sentence. The only explanation I can think of is that he was being discriminatory towards me because I am Asian and my English is not as fluent as a native speaker's.I suggest that you go to the other FedEx shipping center about 500 feet away. The staff there are much more friendly. I went to this location because the other store said their cutoff time had passed and suggested I drop off the package here.

There is an amazing team at this Marina Del Ray store. I have been using FedEx for over 35 years in four different states. The service I received here from Luis and Sam in particular was outstanding. I wanted to print Christmas cards that my granddaughter created, pay for those, and then realized I forgot to get envelopes. Luis reminded me that I needed envelopes so I wouldn't have to make a second trip. He printed one, so we could check to make sure it's exactly how I wanted it to look then he printed the rest. He spoke to his team members respectfully, and answered their questions as needed, and still paid attention to my order to perfection. Fedex has a great employee in Luis and I would expect to see him become a district one day. It was my first time in the store, and it certainly will not be my last. Sam was very gracious and started my order and then there was something he needed to do for another customer, so Luis picked it up for me. Please congratulate them on a job well done and let them know how spectacular they are as a team at that office. Thank you

Horrible customer service they made constant mistakes in the address and they don't take any responsibility no wonder their stock has lost so much value!!! It's a headache to deal with them! Avoid FedEx by all means! Tom Hanks should be embarrassed now to put his name on this company they don't give a flying... About their packages or their customers or their clients.

These drivers lie. They say they attempted delivery and don't. They just kick the packages back. Not sure what the deal is. Why they can't deliver the packages. Been 4 days. They claim to attempt delivery every day. I have a camera at the door. There is no truck/driver at the time they state they're here to deliver. I've been here all week at the time they say they tried to deliver. No door bell ring. No truck on tue street. Fed ex should get drivers that know how to find addresses. Complete stupidity Tell the moron driver to ring the door bell. No one took got hear a tap on the door. Bunch of idiots. I've been home all week and this j*** off taps on the door. Like anyone will hear it. Complete.stupid fucks!!

I don't even need to specify what bad experience I had with this location. Racism to Asians is not only happening one time at this location. Manager Gerald and long braid lady (I think her name is Nicole), please be nice to others and be respectful. Don't make your only "contribution" to this society using that little power you have to be creating troubles for other people.
