“MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE STORE MANAGER TODD - HE IS THE BEST!!!I received absolutely OUTSTANDING service earlier this year at the Oakley Vault Outlet Store in Pottstown, PA. As soon as my wife and I walked in the store, we were greeted promptly by the store manager Todd. He saw that we were interested in the glasses frames and proved to be incredibly knowledgeable on all the styles and options. He went above and beyond with product details and really took the time to ask what my needs were to find me the perfect pair of glasses. I do not live in town but travel to the area for my daughter's sports team. We went to the store multiple times to choose the frames, take my prescription, then to pick them up once they were completed. I absolutely love the Oakley frames I got, and even more I so appreciate the attentive and hard work from Todd. He knew by looking at frames I tried on which were the best size and fit and I think went well beyond the call of duty to make sure I found something perfect. I will definitely refer my friends to Oakley for glasses frames in the future. I just wish everyone could share my excellent customer service experiences.”
“This was our first time to this store and we had a great experience. As with most outlet stores, variety can be somewhat limited but they had great sales and the staff was very helpful as we navigated the stock and deals available. Plus who doesn't love the soft comfort of the Jockey brand?! We'll be back!”

“I was surprised by this store! It's still clean and they have nice clothes! A little pricey, but inflation is the cause it's that everywhere nowadays. Kids clothes here are a great price, and they have nice options! Tons of shoes, home stuff, typical department store, but up to date stuff”
“A good , well maintained , clean store. Friendly , accommodative , attentive staff at our visit. We asked for the specific item and staff was very attentive on checking item at the back. Could not make the purchase at the visit but will def recommend. A large selection of their line ups , especially shoes has some decent to good deal on pricing.”
“This Old Navy is located in the Limerick Outlets. While I have a few Old Navy's that are closer to my house, I still stop in this one when I am shopping at the Limerick Outlets (which tend to be a few times a year). As with any Old Navy, I love the clothing and selection they have and I always seem to find something neat. This Old Navy is a great store and I always enjoy my visits to it.”
“Nice place and they always seem to have a nice selection of outdoor wares.alot of the selection they have here is definitely based around what season it is.Their flannel shirts are always my favorite out of all the stores they are soft and hold up to the torment I put them thought.they also have a cool selection of little gadgets that I alway seem to need one or two of them”
“When I visited Threads over the weekend, I was very impressed. As I looked at the prices, I was genuinely surprised because I had assumed that the apparel would be out of my price range. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the store has a terrific atmosphere. The fact that they offer internet shopping excites me as well.”

“I was in this store on Sunday 7/31. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chris and she was incredibly friendly, positive and helpful. I went to the outlets to look for some pants for work and hadn’t planned on going to just one store. I’d originally gone into the women’s clothing store next door to return something for my wife and then decided to start my search at Perry Ellis since I was right there. My plan was to look at what they had, check some prices and then move on to a few more stores and once I felt like I saw what I liked best go back to whatever store it was and make my purchase.None of that ended up being necessary. Obviously I found pants that I really liked, however, but the main reason that I decided to stop looking was because of Chris. She was a breath of fresh air and made such a positive impression on me that I honestly had to write this review. She is an awesome employee for your company and I hope there is some way that she can be recognized for her work and attitude.Thanks so much for an awesome experience! It’s rare that I need that style of clothing that the store provides and I hope the next time I’m there she will be working. Thanks again!”

They loved that other people helped them but me. ?I have found that customers who leave bad reviews either went into the store trying to get something for near to nothing and didn't get their way or complain so they can get something for free. “While the outlets are great and we got some great deals the advertised open and close times on the website do not apply to all stores. We arrived just after opening and many stores were still closed and would be until noon! They should put individual business hours on the website or at least put a note to check with individual retailers!”
