I went into the store on a Saturday morning to get 2 new iphones and switch from T-Mobile to Verizon.On Monday morning the new phones were still not working and I called Verizon. Verizon said that the store had not entered our accounts yet into the system and I had to go back to the store to get the issue resolved.I went back to the store and Marcie blamed Verizon but it was their fault if they had not entered the accounts yet into the system. Spent another hour and a half with her trying to fix my account and my phones. She put my line on a business esim on the phone and said that was correct. When I got home I still could not text correctly and found out that my voicemail was not working.I called Verizon tech support to get the phone reset again and fixed properly because Marcie did not fix anything on the phones and sent me out of the store with phones that still did not work.I spent another couple hours on the phone with Verizon Tech Support to fix what she did and get the phones working properly.I spent a good 8 hours getting my account and these phones fixed after what this store did.Update:Expected canned response from a business that treats customers as bad as you do...

I’ve been back and forth from this Verizon store 5 times in about 10 days with an iPhone that won’t read SIM cards or an eSIM. While it’s been a frustrating process, the team here have gone above and beyond to find me solutions. Chamar, Kiersten and Hector were all great to work with, and their managers were also helpful. Thanks for helping remedy this situation.

My wife and I switched our service from AT&T to Verizon at this location. We worked with Keirsten who was awesome. The whole staff was friendly and helpful too.

The staff is okay, but can't/don't do what you think they can. I needed to change a password and they can't assist with things like that as it involves personal information. I was referred to Best Buy.

Well I ordered an Apple Watch and I went to go pick it up. I tired opening the door but wasn’t able to get in. But saw a person helping another person. I knocked on the door and was given no assistance but instead was just given a hand gesture of a 5 and a 1 from the back of the store with a customer in front of what I am guessing was an employee. So I googled the time they closed. They closed at 6pm even though every other Verizon store closes at 9pm. All I wanted was to pick up my Apple Watch and it was 6pm on the dot. So therefore went to my car and cancelled my order for pick up and will be changing my phone plan because I have never dealt with such a rude person and I work in retail. This wasn’t even my home store my home store is in Phoenixville which they close at 9 but this is where the color watch I wanted was. Never again.

Came to Verizon on purely a fact finding mission. Staff was very honest, helpful, and willing to help my father understand his billing concerns. More importantly this is a Verizon owned site, so they were top notch in training and understanding their product. They told us honestly how to save, without pushing new products. Great job to this team

Came in to purchase a new phone, was immediately just given a piece of paper and told to call a number with a very fast explanation that was unclear and lazy. Just wanted to get new phones and accounts and were pretty much told not today. Why is getting a phone more complicated and stressful than getting a car. Probably going to switch services. This is ridiculous. No care for customers or their experience and needs. Done.

Rude staff, long wait times, disrespectful, tried charging me extra. I walked out and placed an order online. Saved $40 a month and $90 in fees. Was supposed to pick up in the store but this store, per the main Verizon customer service department, canceled the order for no reason at all. The customer service rep said this was obviously done on purpose by store staff. To upgrade a phone which was paid for took me longer than it took to buy my last vehicle. Save yourself time, money, and sanity, and go online.

Wanted to buy a new phone was told to just go buy one online. 30 sec in store today not interested if you don't want start a new plan or buy a $1500.00 phone. Completely disrespectful.

They keep messing up and canceling my Business Services even though I am paid up. I am on auto-pay and it's not even within the cycle. I do not know if they are incompetent or doing this on purpose to mess up a small business.Unfortunately we are stuck with Verizon, but do not recommend.Customer service is atrocious.

I really like this Verizon location. The people that helped me were kind and super understanding. I feel terrible I don’t know their names but figured they deserved a good review cause I am grateful for their help and time.

Staff was rude to my daughter when trying to exchange a phone. Totally changed their tune when I showed up. I saw right through it. Don’t bother going there look elsewhere.

Had to go there twice to get a pixel 7 pro to work, still didn't work, sent it back, cancelled my contract....Goodbye verizon. All they had to do was put a new chip in it....$900 phone was junk from day 1 , and I got treated like a terrorist..

Basically a useless store. I had trouble activating a new iPhone on Verizon and they just told me to call tech support.
