Will never set foot in this post office again. Had a terrible experience yesterday with the rude lady who was handling our appointment for passport photos. She had an attitude with us from the minute we walked in and expected us to know everything and got impatient when we had questions. She claimed that they couldn’t take infant passport photos but it doesn’t say that anywhere on the website or in the post office itself, which was the whole reason for our appointment. Pretty disappointed because this is our local post office and we’ve only ever had good experiences here, up until yesterday. If you need to get your passport renewed I would go to a different post office.

Surprised to see the reviews here. This is the nicest post office in the area. I've tried most of them. The staff here have never been anything but friendly to me. Dana had the best energy of all time; I hope she's enjoying her retirement. Denean and Tasha are great too. I choose to travel 2 miles further to use this post office rather than my home zip code, because of how friendly and reliable the service is here. The fact is that 90% of dissatisfied customers will leave feedback, while only a tiny percentage of satisfied customers do.

I have the mail app that shows you what is getting delivered each day. I was waiting for an important item for weeks. I was excited to see it come across the app. So I was surprised when I checked my mailbox and it was empty. Following day I asked our mailman and he informed me that he didn't recognize the name on the envelope so he sent it back. Had my name and address but because he didn't remember the name he sent it back. Qent to post office and the clerk told me I was wasting her time and to leave.

Came to drop off passport renewal by mail.Was turned away and told they are only accepting appointments. Was told to make an appointment online only to drive back home to find out that when renewing by mail you don't need an appointment and there is no option to make one.It just has to be sent priority mail as long as you have everything required, I did.What a giant waste of time. the kicker is the place was completely dead.

I love my local post office. Could not ask for nicer people. I rarely know what I need when shipping, and they’re more than willing to help always. Everyone is pleasant, n extremely welcoming. My mailman leaves us a Christmas card, brings milk bones for my dog, and fixes the locks gate if he notices someone left it open. No businesses do these things anymore. I appreciate these small gestures.

An awful service. The clerk was unprofessional and Rude. Her name was Dealane if I do remember well. It feels like she is doing you a favor instead of doing her job. I will never go there again. She likes to raise her voice.

Today, Thursday, May 26th, around 09:00 am, I went to USPS 15 E Felton st in Ridley Park to send a complaint through a certified Mail with a return receipt request.I arrived there and found a USPS clerk named Deleane. I had the feeling I went to her living room. She was rude and unprofessional. Somehow she did not even feel good under her skin. She was not comfortable there. I gave her the first letter and I mentioned to her that I wanted to send it certified. She did the job and then she took the second letter to do the same. I stopped her and I told her the second letter will go to the same address but in the regular mail (That’s what the agent in the court told me). Then I asked her about the certified one, I asked her, am I getting a confirmation when they receive the mail or not? She showed me the tracking number and said this is the only confirmation you get. I left and checked the documents I got from the court just to be sure, and they asked about the return receipt request. I went back and asked her to do it. She did it but it was as if I ruined her nap time or whatever. I asked about the receipt and then a manager came and explained it. I told her straight there that she was not nice at all,(The guy responded that she is nice.) she talked to that guy and lied telling him that I have slammed those letters on the desk??/ I had all on the video…I am going to post it on Tiktok.

Funny I see people complaining about Passport service agent not being helpfull. For One the United States Post Office is not the Dictating Authority as far as Federal Regulated laws go In regards to Passports. They Just follow the Guideline's set and if you do not have the appropiate paperwork then the Staff ( woman or man, Black or white) working at appropiate time and day cannot process the application. The staff working there goes out of the way to help people within the guidelines. I have never had a BAD experience there. Maybe if we read what's written in ENGLISH on the application then there will be no issues.

I've literally never been to a worse run business of any kind or dealt with ruder more abrasive staff. They were awful. I cannot believe that my tax dollars pay for the staff of this terrible, terrible establishment. In particular, Jeff and Deanine were rude and abrasive. I don't understand why something so similar has to be made miserable by government employees. Who again, we literally pay for with tax dollars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude for absolutely no reason. The dark skinned lady and white guy that work there are extremely rude, they don't even acknowledge your concern or why you're there. I always try to avoid this place. I am unsure why these type of people work here. disgusting

Clerk very rude. Walked away from window. I still had a transaction. NOW the item I mailed on March 12th still has not been received and I mailed it Priority Mail.... coincidence?
