Terrible customer service.
The counter guy actually started arguing with me because I said the deer feed seems to be a different blend from bags I had purchased earlier. I was shocked when he started yelling " I guess your deer are the only ones that don't like it " there is no doubt it is a different color and smell. I was just calling to see if the original blend was still available. and I get attacked like this. Do your company a favor and part ways with this associate. He has no customer service skills. I will take my business elsewhere. So much for supporting small business.

Counter guy actually yelled and tried to start a argument about deer feed that had its formula changed. He got very defensive when all I asked is if there was a change in the product. Hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone again. Richland Feed should think about who they have interacting with the customers. I'll now go to a national chain for my needs.

I love this Mill and Feed store! Great prices, great customer service, employees are nice, friendly, professional and prompt. I never have to wait for longer then one minute before I am addressed, My orders are always filled within five minutes and I am always on the way home in under 25 minutes.

Very help full workers. I'm 80 yrs old. I ask for 50lbs premium bird seed. I ask if they could give it to me in 2 25lbs.easy for me to carry. They did it for me cuz they had no 50 lbs avaliable. It helped me a great deal. ? HE EVEN PUT IT IN THE CAR FOR ME. THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF FEED FOR ANIMALSGOD BLESS YOU ALL. THANK YOU.

I love the laid back country feel when I come in to get my glass bottled milk. The young lady at the counter is so friendly, and phoebe is just awesome. She greets me all the time. Great job guys.
