They also warned me that fraud is super common and that sometimes it is out of the bank's hands and more of a federal case. Overall helpful with any issues that came up.”

“Great experience here with Jose. I had recently opened a new business and an account with Bank of America, who held my funds for 3 weeks before releasing them. Then, they had to resend me a debit card. I finally had enough and went to this branch of PNC where Jose took my on quick notice in his schedule and made an account. He got me completely set up with online banking, customer processing, and a physical debit card in under an hour. That was yesterday and today my funds have all cleared not even 24 hours later.I'll be sticking with this branch of PNC, thank you for your help and getting me set up.”

“The other reviews here are not representative of this establishment and the dealings I have had at this location since I switched to this bank 3 years ago. When setting up accounts I had lots of help and when I needed to register an EIN number for my business they had me come in and help me through the whole process. Help has always been very assessible here, I would recommend as a local bank.”
“Miralys was absolutely amazing to me. I was scammed a significant amount of money and from the minute I walked into her office with everything that happened I knew I was in good hands. I felt defeated, violated and extremely upset about having all my money being taken away but she did everything she could to make sure I got my money back and this past Thursday I got the great news that the money was put in my new savings account. I absolutely recommend this branch of Univest. I live closer to East Greenville but the Milford Square branch made me feel so welcome. Thank you Miralys for everything. You are a true life saver!!”
