I brought it up on my phone and showed them. They pulled the parts awhile and then tried another computer and they were able to bring up the order. They were polite and courteous throughout the whole process. I know that type of stuff can be frustrating. They verified the parts and part number to make sure I got the correct stuff. Great job!”
