Thank you Paula for working with us during the most difficult time of our lives. You said we had the power to overcome our circumstances and you guided us every step of the way. The Credit Counseling Center is a great way to get advice for all things related to credit! The Employees of the Center will assist you with budget plans, improving your credit score, and changing your behavior to benefit yourself and/or family in the long term! Joan Reading & Nicole Kelliher at the Credit Counseling Center (CCC) are 2 amazing women! I have had the pleasure of working with both of them at my place of employment for 2 years now, and I can seriously say they have helped hundreds of our clients look into their credit scores, help them out with budgeting techniques, saving, financing, and sometimes filing for bankruptcy. They are attentive and always ready to lend a hand to whomever is in need of credit help. I would 100% recommend the CCC to anyone who is struggling and needing an outsider’s perspective on credit advice, guidance, and most of all, support.

It’s not an easy thing to admit that you need help managing your money. The Credit Counseling Center made it a comfortable experience. I waked into the office completely stressed out and left with a plan in place and a follow up appointment scheduled.

This place is a joke! Paula Powers caused us to miss a very important appeal deadline saying saying that she was "on vacation", then she said she had a "computer virus" then her excuse was that "the lender never got her the paperwork she requested"....even though we also sent her OUR copy. She did not return phone calls, was disorganized, and easily ruffled. When I called asking for the paperwork she promised to send that day, she changed her story again and hung up on me. Her boss, Joan Redding, also did not seem to care that her inaction could cost us a small fortune, or worse, our home. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE.
