I had a problem with a headlight issue, I thought it was related to the plow that they put on and it was not but Mike took care of it and would not take any money for his effort. Tow operator dropped the car like a ton of bricks. Significant scraping and scratching on bumper. Warped front fenders from where the car literally fell off the truck. I would never use this company.
